I would give this company 0 stars if I could.
Customer service is atrocious. They don't reply, even after repeated prompts.
I ordered a bracelet three months ago, they never delivered. You get no shipping confirmation, no tracking number.
My money is gone.
Avoid this website at all costs.

Cheap products coming from China. Quality far less than the pictures they show on their website. Their support email doesn't answer any of my emails. To get a refund I have to send everything back to China but, if they don't give me the money back, I have no one to complain about it. Never again. Would give zero stars if I could.

This website is full of crap, Avoid it at all costs, they will take your dam money and say they have "Shipped" the item out to you but you will NEVER get it.

Won't even answer with real message back to you from super always the default "Its on its way with shipping info."

So yeah, AVOID THIS WEBSITE. All the +5 stars on here are premade from this website Fake reviews.

The MacBook Air cover I purchased was considerably cheaper than other companies. Postage was extremely reasonable and even on the cheapest delivery option arrived a lot quicker than I expected.

Communication emails were very helpful, but not excessive.

Would highly recommend this comany.

Great service & product

I made an order for a backpack twice by mistake, I got a call immediately asking if it was 2 that I wanted to order. Customer services were very helpful and quick processing. Next day delivery really is next day with estimated hour of receiving the product. Highly recommend.

I purchased a case for for my Galaxy Tab S, unfortunately the product was not in stock due to it being a brand new release by Samsung. However when I called to check the products availability I was told it was on its way to GearZap from their suppliers and, they delivered it to me next day.
The attitude from the staff was helpful and friendly not sure of the guy I spoke to but he couldn't of done any more to make me feel important and very impressed happy to recommend.

Brilliant great service

Great customer service. Product broke after purchased but a replacement was sent quickly but was the incorrect one but this was replaced with the correct one. All dealt with quickly and efficiently. Many thanks

I was loooking for something to hold my new MacBookAir in.I looked around on the net and also in town, but I didn't like that much anything I found.At last I asked my collegue who is an Apple fan and asked him what to choose.He told me it has to be KNOMO.I never heard of it, by looked at it on the net and it was love at first sight.Also for half price it was even better.And it arrived just as you promised and it is beautiful, I love it!
