Ordered an item on a BOGOF prom same day only was sent 1 item on complaining was told it was not a BOGOF prom sent them a copy of thé prom I received from them. Certainly will Not be using them ever again or recommending them to anyone.

The advertised a bluetooth keyboard as universal with Apple and Android logos on the webpage. I purchased one, but it was marked as IOS and does not work with an android device. I have tried to contact customer services several times but have yet to receive a reply.

I bought this because I spent nearly 2K on it, and therefore I do not want to see scratches in early months.

I quite like this case, it protects my MacBook Pro from any light harms, the beauty of the case is that it covers the edges of the Mac. installation was so easy and straightforward.

really quick service delivered in two days of order would recommend gearzap to anyone also very pleased with the product ordered.

Product arrived broken. Not good start as part of the product name was 'tough!. online return form (to receive a returns authorisation number) filled in twice. No return numbers received. Called phone number - no possibility to speak to a human being. Finally emailed and did get a reply. May be an ok company but I am unlikely to deal with them again.

I have used this company for a number of items and have found them all to be great quality well priced and very fast deliveries I would recomend them.

I will keep this short and just say that the service I received was excellant and could not fault anything.

I cancelled my order due to poor communication and the fact that I found out my item was not in stock. Despite cancelling my email subscription I continue to be bombarded by spam which I find very annoying!

Ordered an item to be told next day it would be dispatched when in stock . I emailed them to ask roughly how long would it be till it came in stock . Got an email back to say it was discontinued . Got offered a refund which I took and was quick . My only problem with them was why advertise something that's not in stock ?!!

Saw a advert for a cheap tablet case, ordered and was received in 3 days with updates on the dispatch of item

A friend bought me an Mini Apple i pad - just what I wanted. Thought next day could do with matching keyboard because I am disabled and my hands don't work too good. went on various sites and found gearzap - very accessbible, good description of accessories, reviews quite clearly displayed. information good. Ordered it - very easy process - very reasonably priced. Arrived next day.

so my bluetooth wireless keuyboard made for mini tablet is absolutely what i needed. works a treat, looks a treat, easy to set up. Only one really minor issue is that the instructions were miniscule and not easy to read. Could have done with larger and more comprehensive instructions on the keyboard and its functions, I am sure I will be able to find some online. So thoroughly recommend GearZap and the keyboard. Thankyou.

Excellent service with quality product and fast delivery

I purchased an OtterBox Defender case foe an HTC One, Great product at a great price.

I am very pleased with the product.

GearZap have informed me that there is going to be a delay in sending the goods. They appear to have initiated payment through PayPal, but I'm not clear whether the transaction will complete even if the goods haven't arrived. Time will tell, I guess.
