Good value but delivery was disappointing

Good product at a good price but I'd advise against paying for 24 hr first class delivery as it took 2 days. Down to the Post Office but nonetheless it's only in the small print that it says first class delivery can take 3 days.

Other than that I'm happy to recommend the company.

Excellent service

Don't mess about go straight to GearZap they are so reliable. It wasn't a problem. Go to any other and be it on your own head. It's like it says....Zap and your gears here. What are you messing about at.., you could have got what you wanted in the time it's taken me to tell you this. Oh you haven't got a computer yet.. Never mind I'll do it for you. All you'll have to do is go home and wait for the postman. Have a nice day

Never received. No correspondence.

Ordered for next day delivery.
Got informed after few days when I enquired on the delay that they did not even have the item in stock. Still exchanging emails to make sure they don't charge me. Bad experience.

Absolutely shockingly bad customer service. I shall never use this company ever again.

Absolute rubbish service. Wrong item delivered and no effort whatsoever to resolve the problem. Website failed to generate a returns number and indolent customer service told me I'd have to write a covering letter, take the parcel to a post office pay for the return. When I objected I was told to send an email. Email sent and no reply. Waited for 2 days sent again, still no reply. Called again and still only option is to take it to a post office. What a shocking company that deals with customers in this fashion. There are so many companies that I order a wide variety of goods from for my personal and business requirements. Gearzap stands out from all of these suppliers as being uncaring and uncommitted to having anything closely resembling "customer service". Shocking

If you follow the returns procedure on our returns page here http://www.gearzap.com/returns then you will fill out a returns form which will generate a returns number which we will use to process your individual return and we will be able to action your request.

I understand that you was having issues filling in the returns form so we've had the page checked by our IT department and can confirm that the process is working so any issues you've previously had should not be an issue now.

We do operate a 30 day, no-quibble, returns policy but there are steps which need to be taken to ensure that we can process your request without any hassle and this includes us receiving the item back so we can check the fault and make a complain with our suppliers to ensure that these faults don't happen again.

Amazing Selection Availability

This was the best outlet by far with an amazing selection of quality products all keenly priced. My item was a new launch and not in stock when ordered but arrived a few days later with Gearzap keeping me fully informed as to progress all the way through. Highly recommended.
