Purchase of a notebook case.
Simple and easy to deal with. Good delivery times and costs. Would recommend.

No Shipping in two weeks, no answer on email or facebook, nothing.

I may have to start a paypal dispute.

UPDATE: A couple of weeks after writing this review they did get back to me, and the one product I was missing was re-shipped -- and I finally received it! As such, I upgraded my rating from 2* to 3*. Obviously not great, but at least now I don't feel cheated any more.

I have placed two separate orders with Gearzap, for a total of three products. I live in Romania. Every time the parcels couldn't be tracked and were way overdue (three weeks or more). The second order contained two items, and for some reason they made two separate shipments. One of them reached me, the order didn't (it's been almost three months now, so I guess it's lost for good). A Gearzap representative responded to my first e-mail inquiry, asking me to wait some more. After that, I was unable to receive any kind of reply from them; I also tried calling them, but you don't get to speak to a human on the phone.

I don't think they're doing any of this on purpose, they're probably just poorly organised (and I think they might possibly not believe me, seeing how I'm a Romanian and there's a lot of bad press about Romanians over in the UK; or maybe they just don't care, I don't know).

I looked on many sites but found this the best and cheepest by far.You get what they say you will get on a fast turn around. Would recomend them 100%

Some companies are better than other, this was an outstanding experience... Efficient order placement, great follow-up, and outstanding delivery service. They couldn't have done more to get the items delivered.

The cover is exactly what I wanted and is perfect for my needs. It has a pleasant soft feel to it and holds the device nice and snug. There were many different types to choose from so I took a little while selecting the right one for me (it's great to have a wide choice). Delivery was very fast and Gearzap is an excellent company to do business with. I have bookmarked their homepage in case I need their services in the future.

I received my goods very quickly and the price was great with free p&p so i was very happy and would use Gearzap again, I bought a laptop bag for my Sony Tablet it fits perfectly and saved me £40 on original Sony item but has the added extra of having another pocket on the front to carry charger that the sony item does not offer.

Ordered Elecom Zeroshock case for my 13.3" Dell Vostro V131.

Absolutely perfect. Now, I have no intention of dropping it, but this case is the best confidence you can have that the notebook would survive a 1m or so drop.

Everything went smoothly and I quickly received my very competitively priced purchase.

Placed an order for a case and charger on Tuesday with option of special delivery so would get all items next day as all in stock. Items didn't arrive so i gave it another day still no goods so e-mailed them on the Friday morning to chase the order got no reply from them but a despatch e-mail on the Friday night. So looks like items were not sent out either by mistake or were waiting for stock but they couldn't be bothered to reply to my e-mail or contact me about late delivery very poor customer service wont be using again and will not recommend this company.

The GearZap website is clear and easy to navigate as you would expect. Ordering was simple and the product arrived, brand new and exactly as described, very promptly.

To add to this, for the competitive price paid, I am very please with the quality and design of the product purchased. GearZap will definitely be one of the first sites I visit should I need any mobile phone/tablet accessories again in future.
