I wanted the best detector with passive and GPS locations. After months of researching i bought the Max. At first I was unhappy but after contacting Genevo they sent me recommended UK settings, I changed the settings and now im over the moon with the Max. Well worth the money as its the best for the UK, USA models are cheaper but do not perform in the UK.
Having bought A Genevo, My experience was that here was a company that was helpful in every aspect . The after sale experience was first class they were willing to stand bye there product. Any problem i had was dealt with immediately. They even advised a course of action which did not involve making a sale, not like other company's who just want to make a quick sale. For the future this is the company i will be buying from.
I'm pleasantly surprised by the performance and features of the "GENEVA PRO II." It's not only highly reliable but also very responsive to radar signals, giving me peace of mind and a sense of security on the road.
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the manager for the excellent support provided. He was very informative, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the best product that suited my needs.
The fast delivery was truly remarkable. I received the product in a very short time, which was a pleasant surprise.

I bought a genevo max + type c adapter. Unfortunately the adapter didn't work but luckilu the customer service was excellent easy to access. They sent me a new type c adapter right away and seemed very trustwhorthy. I would definetly recommend buying your radar detectors from their website👍

I have been using Genevo Max for 3 years and I consider it a true friend. The fact that it is frequently updated and the efficient technical support gives me confidence.
Recently I received new pretious informations about the right settings for some European countries where I travel frequently.
Support was very helpful. They resolved my problem with upgrade my Genevo device. One call and everything was resolved. Big applause for the support.
This review relates only to the company Genevo. I have to say nothing was too much trouble even after a set of events entirely of the doing of the parcel delivery company conspired to delay delivery. As to the product (the Max version) more about that later after further use.
I was somewhat unhappy to discover they did not provide the USB-C to RJ11 power cable as standard in the pack. I assumed the USB port was power enabled. They contacted me immediately and offered to send the cable free of charge (normally 27 euro plus 20 euro for shipping). I suggested they either add this cable to the standard packaging (I think yes for 799 euro) because many new cars and especially EV cars do not have the 12V legacy power adapter. Very happy with the service.
Thank you for selling things that saves my days and my wallet.
Very reliable company ! From the order to the delivery , no problem and the GENVO MAX works just perfectly ! I had a problem with my magnetic holder after a few months and they sent one for free !! very commercial !

My experience with this company has been generally very positive. The customer service that I received from Vojtěch Holáň was quite simply first class from the initial point of ordering to the return of the unit and a full refund. I would have offered 5 Stars on the basis that the unit would have offered the expectations I was looking for, however on the basis that this didn't happen I can only offer 4. The product seems a good one and the bands that bands and updates that are covered on a European basis are very good with an easy update process for both Mac and PC users. This was one of the reasons I went for this unit being a Mac user! If you are looking for this type of unit and would thoroughly recommend it based on its general function options, mounting and size compared with similar on the market. Other manufactures should offer the same approach to their customers, as Genevo currently have the edge!
