All safes are covered by statutory consumer warranty in accordance with applicable regulations.
In case of manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to free repair or replacement of the Product, at no additional cost. Where legally applicable, the Customer may request a price reduction or contract termination with a corresponding refund.
We are responsible for conformity defects that appear within 24 months from delivery. Claims may be exercised within 26 months from the delivery date.

Very well made & useful lock safe!
Firstly, this is the only safe if it’s kind which offers a time lock.
Helps you to combat cravings and addictions EXTREMELY EFFECTIVELY.
Lovely compact size.
High quality product.
A MUST HAVE!
Mounts to the floor and wall (many safes do not have this feature).
The time lock is really easy and intuitive to use and works well straight out of the box.
Really nice compact design but large enough to hold plenty of valuable items also.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Safe works great, and customer service was excellent--very responsive and friendly. My order arrived damaged, and they reshipped immediately upon seeing pictures and it arrived from Italy to my home in the U.S. in two days. Safe is easy to use and seems well-built. Very happy with this company, their customer service, and their product.

Great Pre-Sales Customer Service!
I had many, many questions prior to my purchase. They answered all of my emails promptly and thoroughly plus with respect and courtesy. I have not yet had a chance to unbox and use my safe but if the quality of their product is anything like the quality of their pre-sales customer service, I will certainly be a very, very happy customer.
