This company gets 1 STAR, I didn't recieve a reciept, nothing came in the mail, their site address on a sepearate search engine turn up void, and support emails also turn up void, unless, via that very first and only Tracking Number Email they send you.

I'm owed an explanation regarding all this and more, Its not allowed to write any addresses here, and or give screenshots and or attachments of proof of any complaint levelled. I guess my Indestructable Trimmer DOESN'T EXIST and or will Never be sent, if it was Faked!

I ordered a wire weed wackier attachment. When I discovered it didn’t one with attachment parts I tried to stop shipment. They said next day was too late. It took from August 18 to September 3rd to arrive from China. Every time you go on their website you have to spin a wheel of luck to get to email them. I asked for return label to send back and get refund. No response yet. Also I could have purchased item on EBay if I knew it would be shipped from China. I ordered this thru Pintrist website. The price is at least $20 ,less with cost of attachment part. Never would i buy anything from them again

I ordered an item. Received a confirmation of order email including two items I didn't order with the instruction that if anything was wrong I should advise them and cancel the order. I immediately sent them a request the order be cancelled. They responded 48 hours later saying it was too late as it was shipped. Said I would be entitled to a refund if I sent the product I never order back at my expense!! Received the order about 6 weeks later and the one item I purchased didnt even work as described.. What a sham!

I paid for 6 of these. I got three. My cat will have nothing to do with it. I want a refund. One place where I looked for the address said it didn't exist. I will learn not to trust any ad from now on. There are so many ads that are not true

I would like to thank GenieMania. It appears on the tracking system that the couriers delivered my order to the wrong place in the wrong country (Australia) but GenieMania sorted it without my having to do anything except tell them. Cheers, Mike H, New Zealand.

Ordered the self threading drill bit set. The first bit I tried snapped straight off. The second bit pretty much shredded itself within a minute of starting to drill a hole. The steel shards were from the drill bit, not the alloy I was trying to drill.
Total rubbish and not cheap either.

I ordered a dog grooming set of clippers. Took a month to get it. I looked up the brand, and it is for ale ar Walmart for $25. I paid $49. It's a piece of garbage, and so are these people/

NEVER GOT MY ORDER. THE PACKAGE GOT LOST. WAITED 2 MONTHS. CUSTOMER SERVICE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. REQUIRED REFUND, STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. (BEEN 2 WEEKS) THEY COMPLETELY DO NOTHING, THEY IGNORE YOU. WORSE EXPERIENCE. NEVER HAD PROBLEM LIKE THIS. PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

My order arrived and the box was damaged. Two items were fine, just not the large roller. I sent them detailed photographs of the box, the tracking number and they said they'd replace it. A month later, told me again it was coming. 3 months later they asked me for my receipt. 5 months said it was in the post and it's now been over 6 months. I'd love the email of the owner of the company. Still have all my email correspondence and I'd love a second opinion.

I ordered a bit to cut my grass about 6 weeks ago and sill haven't had anything they said they would look it it but still not got back

BEWARE - This business supposedly has " ware- houses all over but no fixed address" is head-quartered here in Montreal. I got a google picture - it's a small apt in a tri or fourplex-google it -

It has NOT FILED annual reports after 2019 if what it told the government is true - How can it if he is still selling ? IS IT OLD STOCK being liquidated ? -

Way too many red flags here - no list of ingredients, no name for the maker of the product -
a missing street address is always telltale -
"write to us and we'll write back" in order not to divulge whereabouts -
no phone number -
no import or export permits -

No mention by either company about selling cat consumable products
God knows where the cat licks are made or what is in them ??????

THIS IS OBVIOUSLY AN ABNORMAL SITUATION. I, as an Officer of the Court will be checking what are the required permits to sell such products.

IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHERE THEY ARE MADE YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS IN THEM - MAYBE SOMETHING DANGEROUS FOR CERTAIN FUR BABIES !
We all know about the dog food that killed hundreds of pups before owners had to call for a warning issuance and recall.

This is a scam because I paid for two see through dishes for my cat because she eats her food then she vomits, when I first saw them, I thought great, my cat needs these to stop her vomiting so I have paid for them, I have had Nothing from these people. I am on benefits & a disabled person. I say to them all you are, are dirty rotten thefts.
I for one would have them banned from selling anything to us English because it never comes.
Insidentaly you can show the so called store what I have said & think & I will be reporting it to the Police.

It is totally scam! These are ordinary thieves who steal money over the Internet! I waited for my order for 4 months after which I wrote to them and they told me that the order was allegedly lost. They supposedly offered to send it again, but I refused and demanded a refund. They promised me a refund within a week, but they did not come either in a week or in a month. I wrote over the next two months to Geniemania to remind about the refund and every time they answered me that they would return everything within a week. But the money never came.

Like others, unacceptable product. The paint roller is flimsy plastic, won’t stay connected. Poorly packed—tape loose, box smashed somewhat, and roller handle stuck out of broken tape seal, so handle end abraded. I tried to cancel this 3x immediately upon ordering, but got no response for 3 days until order filled with shipper claim that it was being shipped. Not so, because there was a delay waiting for air freight connection. I am actively boycotting buying from China, so would never have purchased. Took 35 days to arrive.The website suggests a review, but unless positive likely won’t post, misleading to new patrons. I put a claim in with PayPal, received refund and then they reversed it, because the plastic pieces were en route. Just FYI...
If their website says 110k+ people can’t be wrong, why then are there only 9 reviews—-all positive, btw?

Do not order from this company! It’s probably not even a company...i suspect maybe a handful of criminally crafty cohorts with no shame. & shame on Pinterest for letting them steal from people via their platform. I’m out $41 on an order I made 5 months ago as they won’t even acknowledge my inquiries. & now i have to break it to Bubbles that she’s not getting that flower water fountain dish after all.

Terrible products! Waited a long time for it & then my cat got stuck in it. Don't buy anything from them. They didn't even want to help me.

Got a electronic product off Pinterest. Once it arrived, the documentation was a poor translation of chinese. Had buttons with no explanation.
Contacted them and they tried to get me to use 3rd party apps and stalled at every corner to prevent my requested refund.
Once they agreed, I sent it back and no refund ever arrived. I contacted them again and they say they need a tracking number.
So, if they get my parcel with my name, it's to complex to track my purchase. No customer service.

Do not trust this company. I ordered 5 items from them 8 weeks ago. After about a month I received 1 item, a week later I received a 2nd and I still have not received the rest. What did come was of low quality. Steer clear.

Ordered a big mouth funny mask but it wasn't as shown on video. Cheaply made and it took over a month to receive the package and was shipped from a company in China. Wouldn't recommend this product and this store (no customer service at all)!

I ordered hair color/dye from GenieMania 3 months ago. It never came. I live in a gated condominium complex with locked mailboxes. I checked with all of my neighbors and none of them got it either. It never came to us.
I contacted the company via email many times. The good news is customer service responded to each email within 24 hours. Everything else was bad. Each time they gave me a different story. The item apparently came from China. The only thing customer service would provide is the Chinese tracking that said it was delivered somewhere in the U.S. They told me to file a claim with the post office which I tried to do. The post office said I needed a USPS tracking number to file a claim. I asked customer service every time for a USPS or any local delivery service's tracking number. Customer service would not provide me with any local shipping tracking. After going back and forth with them, they then told me it wasn't handled by USPS and again gave me the Chinese tracking number. They told me to contact the Chinese shipper myself. I sent emails to the Chinese shipper 3x and got no response. GenieMania then told me to call China. They refused to contact the Chinese shipper for further information and put it all on me. This is what they told me word for word: "Please try contacting the number first and gave them your trucking number so they can check it for you as we don't longer have a hold of the product once the courier has it.." This is a word for word quote from customer service. They basically did nothing to help locate the package and refused to refund my money.
Obviously I did nothing wrong. I don't blame GenieMania for doing anything wrong. What I've got a big problem with is their refusal to lift a finger to help find this package. The bottom line is I paid for something GenieMania sells and I never got it. I should get a refund and they refuse.
I will never order anything from this company again and I recommend avoiding this company at all cost.
