Terrible experience with this company and their products are cheaply made. It took me & weeks to get my order and when I finally got it, it was damaged. Now that I need to send it back, they said the shipping is my responsibility. The shipping cost to send it back to China in $29 and the item was only $30. I went back and fourth with customer service and they do not care. They are not helpful and understanding. They do t care about their customers. It’s all a scam. Find whatever it is you need on Amazon. You are better off!

SCAM COMPANY: I ordered two items in April and still have not received them. I have sent numerous emails demanding the items or a FULL REFUND. They wrote and told me the items were in California. They gave me a fake tracking number and told me it was because of delays do to COVID-19.
Does anyone know how we can put a lawsuit in them?

Ordered back on April 2nd - still have not received. Wish I had checked reviews first. Time to dispute the charge, SCAM!!!!!!

Been waiting since March for my order and keep getting told it’s on transit. They do not honor their refund policy of 45 days after waiting. They will steal your money and no product!!! Please don’t waste your hard earned cash on this horrid company (update). Order arrived 8-19-20. 6 months after it was order placed. box was damaged.

This company is there to just take your money. In May I ordered through the company after seeing their business on Facebook. It's a scam, here it is on 3 July and I have not received the order. They send stupid "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" replies and also send you a link to show where your order is. My "order" has been in La Puente, CA at 5:23am since 20 May... This company is a scam and I hope no one falls for this fake stupid company.

After waiting a month, Genie Mania sent me a used, torn-up broken Paint Runner Pro. It's missing pieces and it is literally scratched up like it was run over. I should have known better - the reviews are terrible. Do not make my mistake.

I share the same exact sentiment as all others. It's been since May I've been waiting for my magic lashes and asked for my money back and they said I'll have to wait until I get my order then send it back for a refund. I'm game for a class action lawsuit.

This SCAM of a company (if it’s an actual company) deserves to receive a negative star!!!
I won’t waste my time with the details.. (dates and email correspondence) etc... as they are similar to the other reviews.
What I want .... IS TO START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!!!

Zero stars,,, placed an order March 27 n still haven’t got my package,, send them emails and they respond that they would refund my $$$ if I didn’t receive my package by June 23rd so the 23Rd Came and no item received , I email them to let them know I haven’t receive my item and to refund me my $$$ as they had said they would,, up to today haven’t gotten any response or refund,,

Another one star review..shocking. I ordered my paint roller at the end of May. It was last scanned on June 4th. Usps responded to my inquiry that the package was lost. Genie mania insists it's still in transit-even though it hasn't been scanned in 20 days. I have been denied a refund twice. Eff off Genie Mania, I hope you close due to shockingly horrible service. Scam, and a total waste. Filing a complaint with the bbb.

Update- my package arrived 6 weeks after I placed an order. It's obviously been opened and re taped. I went to the Geniemania websire to request a return- and nowhere does it give an address, anywhere to submit a return, or print a label. More crap from a garbage scam company.

I am giving GenieMania 1 star, only because I have to, so I can enter my review. Otherwise, it would have been Minus Stars. This Company is raking money in from Unsuspecting customers, who haven't yet Experienced the none existent Customer Care/Support. Not Receiving Items ordered. GenieMania have such BAD REVIEWS. STAY CLEAR.

Maybe the worst ever company. If you buy from them you’re wasting your time and giving away your money. Your order will never arrive. They will never refund your money. Your order has always “been shipped”. Social media marketing is so cheap that whoever is sitting in their parent’s basement is living the life off your $34.95 because they can.

Avoid this company. The product I ordered never arrived and they have not responded to 2 emails. You cannot call them and their customer service system is the most convoluted I have experienced.

Don't buy from them!! i received my product but the quality was so low it was ridiculous and to get a refund you have to post it back to China, (in original undamaged packaging, a bit hard when it was already damaged on arrival!), so the cost of that on top of their "repacking and processing" fee means it will cost you more that you paid in the first place!!

Ordered the paint roller on June 11. I have yet to receive a confirmation email that I ordered anything and have yet to receive a tracking number. Emailed them 2 times and have yet to get a response. Horrible do not order anything

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST !!! Tracking doesn’t work !! 2 months have not received it !!! Fraudulent company!!

Worst service! I ordered the painting kit back in May. When inquiring on the status on my order the company responds with emails and sends the typical copy and paste, “We apologize for the inconvenience, here’s a tracking link”. I never received my order and disputed the issue I had with the credit card company. Please do not order from this company!

Its been a month and my item s still at the same point it started. Funny how it started out in a USA location then ended up in China. There is no customer support. Find what your thinking of buying elsewhere!

I did order a lawn trimmer first nothing mentioned that shipment is coming from China.
Second 2 months for the item to arrive and the end I received a piece of Iron which can be connected to you lawn trimmer.

add is complete misleading show you something and send you something else.

Unreal. I ordered this paint roll on March 12. Today is June 4. I have written at lest 4 emails, tracked the package ( which I see this week the number has expired).
They will not refund my money, and I have proof the thing never left China.
You will be very sorry to order from these people.
