Blocked Account after winning
I have deposited thousands on this site. Had a big win. Made a withdrawal. Sent all my verification they asked. They accepted it all except my passport because it wasn’t signed. So I sent my driving licence. I woke up the next day to find they have blocked my account and ignoring all my emails. They are not helpful at all on live chat. It’s been more than 72 hours now, and still nothing. It’s just unfair and wrong to be treated like this.

Hi. I was playing games last Friday and I won £262 real money. When I went to withdraw it said I hadn't fulfilled the wagering requirements and if I did all funds would be forfeited- in the box it said bonus£4.33 so I thought if I went ahead with the withdrawal I would lose all the money and just get the bonus . I played on hoping the bonus box amount would rise and eventually go up to £ 262- it didn't. The wording was unclear because it said I hadn't fulfilled the wagering requirements. I had reservations and decided to Google reviews of this site, I had a big win so wasn't sure, yes they asked for documentation and yes it was excessive and yes it took a few weeks, but I provided everything with no complaints as my gambling is affordable and legitimate, once paperwork was verified withdrawal hit my account, thank you genie riches and broadway gaming
in my own opinion I can only assume some of the negative reviews on this site are down to information not being provided correctly

Surprise surprise I got blocked
So I signed up and deposited some money. Won a decent amount, being proactive I uploaded my proof documents that I suspect they were going to ask for. Went to bed.
Next day and guess what…. Account blocked (no email or message to let me know)
I have spend the last week on live chat asking for updates, wondering while I have never recieved any emails other than my welcome email for signing up.
Left reviews anywhere I can, they actually replied to these saying they have reached out privately to discuss (guess what…. Yeah that didn’t happen either)
I have used the services of these before lucky247 etc and never ever had service like this. I have screenshotted all conversations I’ve made via live chat over the week all day the same no update.
Long story short I have/had £9000 pending withdrawals.
This company I’m starting to think is just made up. They have not even formally requested any evidence for me to upload or send so I’m guessing if they ever do contact that will just be another path in the saga of this absolutely awful company!
If I get my money I’d happily update this review but based on others I can’t see this happening in this lifetime at the moment. Seeking further routes to take with relevant authorities as at the moment and the info I have received by email ie: taking my money then blocking me with no explanation by email is theft in my eyes.

I have too agree with what others have said its a scam app .I won tried to withdraw my winnings had was blocked from the site for no reason and once I contacted support they tried saying my email etc is wrong to what was on my account. Which is not right .
