VERY dishonest company with an awful website. Showing different odds on their site as what they will pay out at. They literally took winnings off me after my horse won. DO NOT bet with them, there are MUCH better companies out there.

Hopefully this review can boost the rating a little. One of my bets was settled as a ‘loser’ when it had clearly one. My first thought was oh no another company trying their luck. Bet was updated the next day followed by an email apologising profusely. I’ve made three withdrawals which have been credited no less than 24 hours later. No troubles whatsoever!!

I have an account with pretty much every single bookmaker and GB are hands down THE WORST in every single aspect. Appalling customer service; account restricted after a single day of betting, and a winning bet placed at 7/1 they say was a 'palpable error' and will only pay me at 7/2. Ive now had to escalate this to IBAS as they refuse to pay out. Be warned; and go elsewhere! Never use these crooks !

Had heard some good things about these guys. I signed up for an account and deposited but wasn't able to put on a single bet. Any time I tried, there was an error message. Customer services were hopeless and just told me to reduce my stakes and try again. Even trying to put low value bets on low odds horses - same error message. Asked customer services for any other ideas and they ignored my email.

Withdrew my money, moved on. Wouldn't suggest wasting your time with this site.

I have had an account with Geoff Banks for many years
and believe me we have had our ups and downs
But overall, i found them to be decent and fair , although
their web site needs a total overall, too many problems
on a regular basis

Overall i feel that this site is a good experience, they have good odds, pay out at SP on your horse racing bets if you've taken a smaller price earlier in the day, can stream all the UK & IRE racing and ive had no issues with them with regards depositing and withdrawing money. The withdrawals were quick and the verification process was quick and easy. Only issue i have is that ive become locked out of my account despite not changing any of my account details and it feels that support has been hard to come by. I had acknowledgment of my e-mail to their support team but no resolution to my problem (day 4 now), reset password but the new password has not arrived. Ive had no information from them as to if my account has been closed or what has happened and im just left in limbo with an account balance that i cannot access. Im sure its just a technical issue and they will solve it though which is why ive given them the 4 stars because i do enjoy using the site and honestly other than my account issue its been hassle free and once its resolved i will continue to lose my money here.

Signed up to Geoff banks and I can’t say enough good things about it. Won a couple of small amounts and the money had been in my account within two hours. Phoned up over a bet query and it was sorted within 5 minutes. Highly recommended!

Geoff Banks closed my account when I set a deposit limit (£10/week). Banksy doesn’t have time for the small fish. AVOID IF YOU LIKE TO DO ACCAS

I have had an account with this bookie for a few months, the people on the phone are very polite but their traders and back office people are clueless. They took away my best odds before eventually closing my account, no reasons given other than betting patterns. Some days I won and others I lost but overall I was slightly ahead. When I chased issues there was little response, their manager Dave is like the Scarlett pimpernel, try getting a call back from him, you have more chance of the king carrying money. I feel let down by their inability to manage my account and lack of forward thinking. Find another option if I were you.

Shocking customer service, and DO NOT sign up to this bookmaker if you think you will be treated right if your a good player ,wouldn’t pay out on their reward bonuses and even changed the t&cs when I emailed them so they didn’t have to pay any rewards , this is not a bad review like others because I lost it’s a true review that I want people to understand you really are putting yourself at risk playing with these guys and a lot of reviews are paid reviews , DO NOT risk it and just stay with the main bookmakers that will actually stick to their rewards and understand good players.

Terribly outdated app , no in play betting , limited on stakes, awful customer service . Avoid if you want a professional service.

terrible service, wont pay out winnings of £80 saying wrong bank details even though its the same bank details that took my deposit out, i use over bookmakers and they can mange to pay money into the same bank account, i would give them no stars if i could. i would recomend NOT to use this site

Disgusting site. The policy even says on the website that "some games will be available for live bet"

ZERO games are live bet.

Its disgusting. ALL major football leagues are missing bets like "BTTS in 1st or 2nd half). This is so amateur it's unbelievable.

I've just joined and deposited £500 and my betting strategy cannot be fulfilled as its in play betting. I've won a fraction of my money back.

They now state they want proof of funds ! For the record, each customer on any bookmakers needs to hit a threshold in order for the bookmakers to get proof of funds from you. This is a blatant lie from Geoff Banks betting that they are meeting the standard regulations. Do not send them such documents if you like myself, are withdrawing the peanuts you have left and are closing your qcxpunt permanently.

In all honesty this is not a bookmakers. It doesn't resemble any bookmakers I know. I challenge anyone to find me a site that's regulated and trades like this one.

The layout is so poor. After placing a bet it won't take you to the same page, you have to press back which refreshes the entire page. Its a joke if you are looking to quick bet on markets.

Their isn't any sort of coupon for example, "both teams to score" that you can do on this site. Let alone being given many matches !

Terrible site..waiting for my bets to settle and leaving instantly. Talking of settling bets, I did half time markets, goal markets and team goal markets. 1 of each has come in. Which is settled in stone as its half time. Nothing has paid out. Its a cheap set up site and I don't advise anyone to go near it

Joke of a website, tried to join, the deposit limit is a mandatory field, but says it won't accept a value that is more than nil!!!!!

The betting side of this site is great. Good offering of things I’d like to bet on, rather than double faults in a tennis match in county Kildare. Had to speak to support and dealt with quickly. The betting arm is ran by GB sports advisers. This 5 star review is based on this alone. Sadly Geoff has chosen jumpman to host his casino. A quick search will show they are one of the lowest regarded out there so less said about that.. I dont use the casino anyway as I’d be scared to win anything 🤣. Betting site is honestly top notch

Overall good site with decent odds and fast withdrawals but I have just deposited £54 and only £30 when into my betting balance! Yet £54 taken from bank account. Waiting to hear back to get the £24 back?!

Opened up.account today put 20 in won 50 .withdrawal at 3pm was in bank by 6.30 pm ..I have had a lot a crap with other bookies. My bank statement and driving licence and it done .this is not a bot .I have lots of betting accounts this was sound ..
