Unlike the rest of them run by accountants .and i do take value of geoff on 95% of bets i have i donate all my winnings of geoff to charity
Can not possible put a bad word against geoff banks

I had a late urge to bet on PSG to beat Man City and contacted support who were excellent and guided me on getting an account and were swift in getting my bet on. But they don't withdraw on the card you deposited and when you try and withdraw they ask for proof of funds - funny that they don't ask for that when you first join. I deactivated my account - 100s of easier bookmakers to deal with

The Geoff Banks online offering has it's flaws. The payments system is annoying and the website is very clunky. They don't encrypt their passwords either.

However, everytime I have won money there it gets paid out without any quibble contrary to what others state here on Trustpilot. They have great odds on there from time to time and you can live stream the horses which is remarkable for such a small site.

They are a good bunch but obviously their software needs some investment.

Had a nice win today on the horses, a £1.50 each way double, both horses won and I won £250+, immediately requested a withdrawal (my first withdrawal) and it's in my bank already.

The odds are decent on the horses, comparable to other bookies, the football odds are pretty poor, though.

The site is basic but easy enough to navigate, the withdrawal process is a bit unfriendly, having to put in your account number/sort code and username, I'd rather just be able to withdraw back to my card like other sites, but it's not a huge issue.

Also they asked for a source of funds, which is fine, but I've only made a £10 deposit there and my bet was £3, so it's a bit excessive needing to upload source of funds for such a low amount.

But overall I can't complain, I got a bet with good odds and the withdrawal was fast.

Would recommend.

Thought all was OK to start, but then I wasn't allowed a £100 win bet on a 10/1 shot at Worcester....
And this from a Punter who is well down overall to them....by the way the horse lost anyway and through petulance I didn't back it anyway.....
Felt like a 100 even money winner haha 😄

THE CLIAMS CLOSED , YOU CAN ONLY COUNTERCLAIM AGAINST A VALID CLIAM , BUT SINCE YOU PAID ME OUT - RATHER QUICKLY MAY I ADD , I CLOSED THE CLIAM OFF AS YOU PAID ME , SO I AM DUMFOUNDED ACTUALLY , YOU EITHER PAY ME WHAT I AM CLAIMING THE MONEY THROUGH THE COURTS ON ( WHICH HE DID ) OR YOU DO NOT PAY AND CONTEST AND COUNTERCLAIM , WHICH HE DID NOT CONTEST , HE PAID OUT , I WON , IN A NUTSHELL , SAME AS THE JUMPMAN GAMING , WON AGAINST THEM ALSO . TO CUT A LONG STORY SHORT THEY DIDNT STAND A CHANCE IN COURT , THEY PAID OUT BECAUSE I DID NOT TAKE ANY CRAP, AND THE GAMBLING COMMISSION ARE ALL OVER THEM FOR OTHER BREACHES .

Geoff Banks sports and casinos are an affiliate oF Jumpmangaming.com I have just spoken to Charles Hutchinson who is taking court action against both these companies I am more than happy to go as a witness being a retired Military police sergeant who sustained a brain injury serving our country I don't think it is fair that both these companies don't seem to give a hoot about duty of care to customers I am on a small Military pension and can't believe that they are trying to rip me off I also believe that they should make it clear they plan to charge £2.50 for every withdrawal you make prior to taking money from you I would suggest that anyone on here reading this should look at Charles Hutchinson's review and give him a call the guy seems to know what he is doing and why should companies like this get away with this style of behaviour in the United Kingdom I always believed we we're safe here and had plenty of safety net's in place until now as Charles has taken the initiative to take these companies on as far as I am concerned the more the merryier to bring down these scam artist's the more people who contact Charles the stronger the case we all have at getting our money back and hopefully our legal system will stop both these companies trading good luck to Charles and anyone else who comes forward to fight these scam artist's

Anyone thinking of using this bookmaker should read the reviews here first! Their screens show Best Odds Guaranteed, but the small print, which is hard to find says that this does not relate to multiple bets. Making up your multiple bets gives you the wrong picture! When I questioned GB on Twitter, he took umbrage, blocked me, closed my account, so for several (uncomfortable) hours I could not even withdraw my balance. There are many other bookies that take BOG on multiple bets and don’t spit out their dummies when you ask a respectful question. I am happily placing bets elsewhere!

barely opened account a week and already restricted to sp a shambles of a bookmaker

Firstly, I must say my first impressions as customer was outstanding customer service. The customer service is 24:7, your withdrawals are extremely quick (normally) and even with technical support your extremely quick at getting back to me. My first impression was faaaaaaar better than any other bookmakers!

However, today that has all changed. My first withdrawal, you asked for proof of funds along with other documents. You accepted these and my withdrawal went through and I continued to deposit/ withdraw on a regular basis.

Today however, with £18,000 pending on withdrawals, you’ve decided that the documents are now not sufficient and are REFUSING to withdraw my £18,000. You quote to ‘protect me’ yet you allow your customers to deposit, withdraw and bet until they win a large amount?

Geoff - your more than welcome to reply to this review. No I haven’t left ANY other bad reviews and I have every single email confirming you accepted my documents for other withdrawals and now all of a sudden with 18k at stake your refusing to withdraw my money.

Yes I have emailed IBAS and yes I’ve contacted a newspaper in regards to this.

Your customer service was top notch, the best in the industry, it’s a shame your stealing withdrawals!

And now, to top it off, in black and white, you’ve refused to discuss this matter with me! Yes in black and white you’ve advised you refuse to discuss this matter any further. Again I have the email.

absolute junk! he boasts he will give you an account and high limits but my account was shut after little more than 2 days gambling. dog with fleas! take money off punters all day long as soon as somebody starts winning you restrict the account.

Yes admittley some glitches but quick withdrawls and simple website to navigate. Customer service response times excellent. I dont like live betting so for me an excellent bookmaker. Freindly cistomer service.

Takes forever to see a deposit actually show on your account. Takes ages for them to settle winning bets. Most of the time you cannot access your transaction history. Have missed out on other winning bets whilst waiting for deposit etc to show. Apart from that..... first class!!!!

Used This website for 1week. Had a win, not massive one and saw my account restricted to pittance.

Openly told me on the phone that there is no need for explanation but due to the fact I was winning this was what they was going to do.

The people were very friendly in doing this so i cannot fault the service, but its openly poor poor practice.

Having done my research this seems common theme for this site. And it needs to be avoided.

Good bookmaker as long as you dont slightly criticise him on twitter because if you do he will have his office restrict your account to sp within the hour think lockdown has got to him plenty better

Don’t know who these fools are saying it’s a good site, obviously staff for the company,
When you deposit it more often than not takes ages to show in your account, so if you want to bet on something you have to deposit 15-20 minutes before the event otherwise you probably haven’t got to make your bet.
The site constantly freezes, frustrating you immensely as your trying to place a bet and it just sits in idle mode.
One of there staff members ho wrote a review on here said great prices ? There certainly not, most football prices are shocking compared to others, and another member of staff wrote about best odds guaranteed, well I found out costly that best odds guaranteed only applies to singles only , I did a lucky 31 got 3 winners and took the supposed Best Odds, but it didn’t apply to multiple bets , costing a decent amount, all other sites pay best odds on everything.
I’ve had enough of this poor site and asked for my account to be closed, so many better choices out there , why waste time here.

I had a nightmare experience with this shower last year regarding the withholding of winnings. I won't go through all of the details as it would take several hours to write up, but suffice to say Geoff Banks tried everything in their power to stop me from withdrawing legitimate betting winnings.

They accused me of money laundering, of using third party funding (though they were more than delighted to take deposits without fuss), and had I not threatened to take them to court, they would have stolen my winnings.

All of the accusations they made were totally absurd and utterly baseless, and in a way I wish they had refused to pay so that I could have humiliated them in court, but alas, they relented eventually as I knew they would.

I do wonder often how operators like Geoff Banks continue to get away with abusing anti money laundering legislation in an attempt to deny legitimate winnings.

My advice to anyone stuck in the same situation as I was - DO NOT bother with IBAS or the UKGC. If you have legitimate winnings which are being deliberately withheld, threaten to take them to court via the Government MCOL site. Like most bullies, they'll relent, as they did in my case.

They also make a ridiculous claim stating that they don't restrict accounts without giving bettors a 'fair crack of the whip'. Really? My account was restricted less than half way through their welcome offer promo. Because I had the brass neck to actually accumulate some winnings.....well, Geoff banks would never stand for that.

As ever, I also urge people to do their own research about Geoff Banks.
