Could have been good but unfortunately their website has now cost me two winning bets due to it not functioning properly. Deposits do not come through for hours at night and markets are not settled for hours either.

Worse still is the website has actually placed bets for me which are completely different from what I selected. If you go to their basketball games and try and see what the numbers for the totals are you can't actually see them. You have to click on the bets to see the totals, it's completely misleading at best and very dodgy at worst. In the mobile site you cannot actually even place these bets at all, they just are not there.

If you want people to use your site at night they should employ someone to deal with any problems, they obviously don't. I tried to get in touch but ultimately they are refusing to pay out on a bet I tried to make. I have since shut my account with them as I am tired of constantly having to email to get deposits credited and missing out on winning bets. Also slightly concerned their website will place another wrong bet and cost me money.

All the "exceptional customer service" and "paying out with a smile" stuff is obviously lies.

1. My account was funded. Money had come out my bank account, you had my money but your terrible website had not credited it to my balance so that is nonsense.

2. I have never used the textabet service, that is a lie. I am not sure if that is a deliberate lie or a mistake.

3. What does length of US sports have to do with anything ?

4. I did raise the issue of the wrong bet being placed in an email and it was cancelled. The wrong bet I placed was actually a winner but obviously as I did not want the bet placed I am not bothered about that. As said previously the reason for this is likely your terribly unresponsive website. I had emailed in the past trying to explain how your site does not display basketball totals at all but you don't seem to care.

5. Why is my account still open when I emailed support and asked for it to be closed ? I also never received a response to this email, being ignored on purpose perhaps ?

6. Still waiting on my most recent withdrawl. Hopefully that will credit tonight but we'll see I guess.

Always very efficient and helpful in terms of customer service. Offer good promotions including best odds guaranteed and loyalty schemes.

Run of the mill average app but when you’ve self excluded from most of the bigger sized bookies you end up desperate, so not looking a gift horse in the mouth .Best odds on singles to be honest it does what it says on the tin
But the app is poor logs you out every time you deposit
Transactions never appear ie transaction of deposits .Deposit limit is complicated and only per day not per week or month minimum deposit £10 . Yesterday I deposited twice as the balance never updated so deposited again ending up depositing twice by mistake. The link to trust pilot which gives you a free £5 bet for leaving a review didn’t work , like most other features on the app, and the free bet offer for joining no sight of that
And if you select for example 3 different horses you could only place the same amount of money on each horse not different amounts

I find the Geoff Banks App and website very easy to navigate. It is a quick loading site and is simple to understand and to use. Other Betting web sites can point users towards areas where they don’t want to go and can be annoying but The Geoff Banks website is more straightforward and is designed for the punters benefit and not the Betting Company’s benefit.

Ok...things I like. Just a bookmaker. No casino, games, any of that business. Transparency through the website, no unnecessary detail. Fairly simple layout.

Things I’m not so keen on...slow to update balance/settle events. Site is clunky, with moments of unresponsiveness. Range of offer in terms of some sport not extensive, although probably a good business move.

Haven’t tried the app yet, in fairness. Will return to review that soon.

Started using Geoff Banks as my main bookmaker love the personal service i mainly bet on football and prices are very good and if cant get price on a particular market such as total corners market a phone call is enough for me to get a price 99% of time highy recomended!!

The new site is much improved and its good to use someone who you know actually is a real person, Geoff as we all know is the son of that fearless gentleman John Banks.All in all they are easy to get hold of and offer all the benefits the big firms do.I feel confident with Geoff Banks as some of his fathers integrity has rubbed off on him and you know you will get paid out.
