I've had an account with Geoff Banks for around 2 years now and I highly recommend using this bookmaker. Wide range of markets with competitive prices, excellent customer service, offers which reward loyalty and no slots/casino games to be seen!

Generally positive and would recommend to others. I joined just before Cheltenham, had a few good wins and got my account closed. Not alot different to other bookies really. His odds and EP's were highly competitive. Live chat was prompt and helpfull, enabling me to get my winnings out fairly quickly. On the negative side the website was difficult to see because of the pale colours and it seemed to take a bit longer than normal to settle. With the on-line tools now at a bettors disposal, good value can be found if one knows what they are doing.

Geoff Banks obviously realises that a relationship needs to be built up with his clients . He does offer a “ a game changer “ service for me as I feel valued and just plain wanted as a bettor and I have not felt like that for well over a decade or so.

In this crazy world of gambling we all operate in its just so refreshing to see someone in the bookmaking world point the way for the industry and I would even call Geoff a visionary for what he is providing. Put simply he gets it and the others just don’t.

As a bookmaker over the past few years I suppose it has been easy to fall in to the trap of just treating everyone with contempt and distain because of a few snides and mickey takers trying to arb their way to few quid here and there and the bookmaking industry have just lost sight of the fact that the vast majority of bettors just want to but a bet on and move on to the next one and so on. Yes there is more regulation and having to jump through hoops on both sides , but I put a request in to withdraw some money and within a few minutes my documents were verified and a question I had on the phone dealt with inside a minute and my money in my bank account the next day. That just does not happen with any other bookmaker in my experience. But again the process is made quick and simple and I can get on with my life instead of waiting days or even weeks for winnings to be paid - again Geoff gets it !

You have certainly restored my belief that as a bettor I can have a gentleman's relationship with my bookmaker once more and how refreshing that is.
