Good fair bookie with more pros than cons
Good fair bookie from what I've experienced. Will take a decent stake, and offer BOG on singles. Payouts are very fast and efficient via bank transfer, and customer service have always been great, and trusted me in one particular case, where I feel other bookies may not have. Things that could be improved are the app (a little clunky and slow/logs you in and out a lot) and BOG on doubles/multis, but all in all, a good service.

Attractive site.
Some good odds available and the 50*£10 new customer offer is very generous, although it's not very clear when exactly these credits are supposed to be claimed- is it when you've placed the qualifying bets or when they have settled? In any case they don't always seem to get credited.

Hello Robert, REG500 what you are referring to? Basically we need 5 bets of £20 (or more) and then you can claim your reg500 credits via the easy website link provided. I hope that is clear. We try to keep the system very simple!
If they are not credited, it usually means the basic criteria are not met, but please e mail us for clarification if required further!

I do like betting with Geoff Banks
I do like betting with Geoff Banks. Prices offered are often more competetive than other bookies and the cash deposit bonuses are very welcome.
I am afraid though that the website could do with some improvement. My chief gripe is that it takes ages for a deposit to appear in the account and be available for bettting. Often, it's a case of logging out and back in on 2 or 3 occasions, refreshing the page continuously, before the funds can be used. I don't know how many winners I have missed because of the delay to the funds in my account being updated.
Of more concern maybe is that on 2 occasions, one just a couple of weeks back, winning bets have been settled as losers and I have had to call and point out the error, in order to be paid out. That really is unforgiveable.

Worst boommaker out there account verified but could not withdraw any winning unless you show a bank statement showing you have put money in from that account as most people only get a bank statement once a month you might have to wait a very long time to withdraw any money
