Very much disappointed with the service of this agency. better to go with DIY, this agency wont even care.

Stay away from this company. It’s a total SCAM. You will only pay for a package you can never use. Worst company to deal with, so save yourself from being trapped and tricked.
We requested to book but they always say there’s no allocation. They will give you a date when to ask them to book again and when the time comes they will decline again for another reason. Then next they will tell you it’s expired. So please never deal with this company so you will not have to go through the same trouble as we did. It’s a WORST experience.

Honestly speaking, Geo Nation is one of the worst travel and tourism companies when it comes to delivering on their promises. Once you've paid and submitted your trip request, it can take months for them to offer a package, which often doesn't meet the customer's requirements. Moreover, they continually drag out the process through emails and phone calls, and eventually, their staff member will inform you that your contract has expired.
This is my experience.

One day you will receive a call that you won in a raffle, they’ll invite you in a hotel to claim your price. Next thing you know is that they’re offering you travel and tour packages.

My 20,000 aed gone from this company.
The people that works for this company doesn’t understand the value of money, hard-work and humanity!!

Whoever own this company is FULLY DEDICATED IN SCAMMING PEOPLE MONEY AND NEVER GIVING ANY SERVICES THEY PAID FOR!!

Despite of endless EMAILS AND CALLS, they ignore you in best way they could!

For your complaints to matter RAISE IT TO DUBAI ECONOMY AND TOURISM.

Never trust this company. They are going to give you a promising services prior on boarding. But they have all the alibies the moment you will ask their service. Your hard-earned money will just put into waste. Never ever be fooled.

This trip was fantastic! I started with an extra night in Berlin so three nights total, with two nights in Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. The instructions were clear and the itinerary was excellent for solo travel. All of the hotels were nice, clean, and safe. The only hotel I would rate lower was the Hotel Bristol in Budapest. The lobby was old and run down but the room was updated and acceptable. The Central Rail Station in Budapest is not in a nice section of town so my first impression of Budapest wasn't great. However, the location - close to a double-decker bus stop and a grocery store was ideal. Budapest ended up being one of my favorite stops. The transportation passes provided for Berlin and Vienna were useful and the hotel in Prague is within walking distance of everything I wanted to see. The only shortcoming was in Budapest. A hop-on-hop-off bus ticket was provided which was great but no info about public transportation so I was tied to the tourist bus schedules - ending at 6pm or expensive taxis. Overall, this was one of the best trips I have taken! Highly recommended👍
