Do not waste your money with geonation .. the all team is extremely bad either its customers service team, management or reservations_ booking team .. they are not going to respond ..i posted review on 8th December on googls for geo nation but they called us and promised to provide " a very good quality service" and requested to delete review.. they said that they will return 5000 deposite for activation of pacakge after 15 days but we got it after 2 months. We went to geonation office to get solution where we met to manager and one filipina lady. The behaviour of that lady is bad with us because they don't have solution and she started fight and rise her voice on us. Geonation has to make them learn etiquette first..January we ask to avail flight voucher that time they said you have to inform us befor 1 month , now we did inquiry again and they said to inform before 45 days. What it means if you can't use your own money. So do not waste your money .

I give 5 star for this agency🥰🥰you have nothing to worry about anything.. very HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone and everyone looking for that personal touch from a travel agency. Thank u so much for the excellent services GEO NATION TRAVEL AGENCY.

They have staff who roam around the malls and giving the so called raffle vouchers trying to get your information. As soon as you signed up they will contact you and lure you to attend they so called event at Grand Mercure to claim your vouchers. At the event they will convinced you to take their over priced service as they are offering 3-4 stars hotels. Once you pay them you will never get your money back. If you are lucky and threat them that you will complain them to Dubai tourism they will agree to refund the money with a cancellation charge of 25% regardless if you used it or not. These kind of agencies should not be allowed to operate. They are taking the people’s hard earned money. To add, they mostly targets Filipino and Indian nationals because they know that these nationalities often close the complaints at peace. NEVER FALL ON THEIR SCHEMES IF YOU DON’T WANT LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Just a response on the comment. It’s been 8 months since I made a review, if your customer service can really resolve the issue, it shouldn’t take this long for a response. Anyway, I believe in KARMA. Whatever you did in this life will echo in eternity. And Still, Your company is a scam!
