Amazing service as always been using German car specialist for 3 years now always 5 stars.... If you looking for a reliable garage to look after your car dont look any further...

Dropped car off for oil service and MOT. When I went to collect the car I was told that it passed the MOT. Reached home and saw the MOT document. It said failed due to rear tyres and brake discs. Had to drop the car off the next day again. Went to collect it a day later and realised they had put the wrong tyres on. They insist that the tyres were changed like for like despite me saying to them that I have an email from the previous tyre change to prove that they put the wrong tyres.
To save the £200 pounds for the wrong tyres, they will lose some business. I have already asked 4 friends/ coworkers, who go to them regularly, to avoid them. Not a good business model.

Took my car in for a problem with the air con sorted quickly and with no fuss defo recommend also looked after my car with seat covers and floor mats

Booked my car in 2 weeks in advanced for warranty work and a service to leave it with them all day and at 3pm was told they might not be able to do the work as they was too busy and had more cars coming the next day so my car was not a priority after a disagreement with chris who i deal with on other occasions and been fine with said well if its becoming a problem cone pick your car up and hung up the phone. I phoned back and spoke to someone else who told me we still might be able to do your service. When i picked it up chris told me my breaks were squeaking due to me having the car washed when they were squeaking on 2 occasions the day i left there garage and tried to tell me it should have been paid work but was done in good will and when questioned what happens next week when they begin to squeak again Chris’s response was well dont bring it back here absolutely disgusting customer service but he was happy taking my £200 service money if i could put zero stars i would have

Rare to find a garage who consistently deliver at a standard above your expectations!
My vw golf in for oil change ,full report on the car listing items that would need attention at a later stage .
No pressure to have work done just giving good advice.
I had overlooked mot expiry date ,got mot sorted the next day!
Price for work as quoted ,with can of top up oil provided and a pouch for my wheel nut lock .so impressed!

Took my car to a mini garage after a problem with my engine which meant I couldn’t drive the car, they told me I need an engine replacement, I spent weeks looking for car repair company’s when I eventually found this one, they took the car in and they told me the problem the same day, which was actually a fuel injector, they ordered the parts in and I was able to pick my mini up the next day, so happy with the service and they inform you on every step they take, couldn’t recommend them enough!

On the advice of 2 experienced AA Patrolmen I was advised not to drive our Mini Cooper any further when 200 miles from home, as they feared the engine was likely to seize. Once the car was relayed to Stockport by The AA, the team at German Car Specialists quickly established the engine wasn't about to seize and only a few minor repairs were necessary. Danny; Chris and his team had the car running like new within a day at less than the price The AA charged me to tow our car from Durham to Stockport! I fully recommend the German Car Specialists' team for a 5 star service; honest and very reasonably priced repairs.

Recently I have had my flywheel and clutch changed on my Audi Q3. The service from this garage was 5 star!! The garage got my car in on the Friday and it was ready for the Tuesday. Chris broke all the work needed down ( in simple term so I could understand) and gave honest opinions. I certainly will be using the garage again.

I cannot fault these guys…Danny,Chris and the lads are very trustworthy.Been taking my Audi A3 here since I bought it in 2017.Always a pleasure to deal with and they talk you through everything if any extra work needs to be under taken.I will only be buying German cars in the future as I have finally found a garage I can trust with my pride and joy.Highly recommended!

Didn't realise when changing a battery on my golf I had to register it on the computer so it threw up intermittent electrical faults. These guys fitted me in quickly and sorted the issue. They are professional, friendly and competitive. I will recommend them to all of my friends as they were recommended to me.

Got a reasonable price and the work on my A4 to change the exhaust was good. The radiator was leaking and also advised to change that at the same time too. Good job.

Audi A6 - service and oil change. Car done while I waited with no problems at all. Customer service from Chris was excellent and all diagnostic paperwork provided on completion. Audi Service records updated on line and paperwork provided. Would most definitely recommend and will return when I need next service.

Chris and his team helped us greatly when our BMW's clutch went after only recently buying the car from a separate garage. Chris not only fitted a new clutch and fly wheel at a good price, but was able to provide us photographic evidence that proved the car's clutch was sold to us faulty in the first place. He went above and beyond and saved my family and I nearly £1,500 - as the place we'd bought the car from agreed to pay for our new clutch. If I could give them six stars I would.

My pretty old Golf (13, but with only 80K on clock) was written off by the sales-pushing boys at Inchcape, Stockport. The wonderful Chris and colleagues at German Specialists fixed everything in two days, got it through MOT and carried out some advisory work for a tenth of of the price hinted at by Inchcape. All this with friendly service and full, knowledgable explanation of everything done. I'll never take my VW to anyone else and will recommend to everyone I know. A proper garage!
