I found the team here very friendly and efficient. They did a very thorough job and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I will certainly use them again when my next service is due.

Audi had a major service and body work repaired. Service price was very competitive, body work quote was much lower than any others we had. Chris and Danny were both really helpful, and even though the bodywork repair took a little longer than originally anticipated they let me know what was happening. Some advisory items on the service but I was given an honest evaluation of what needs doing now, or soonish, and what can wait and all quoted so I can budget. Will definitely be back and would recommend. Lift to the station when I dropped the car off, and the offer to collect it next time much appreciated!

Recently took my 5 series BMW in for diagnostics and subsequent replacement of parts.
I found Chris very professional right from the initial phone call. We discussed the problems I was having with the car and fitted me in at my convenience.
I left the car with GCS for a couple of hours for diagnostics. Chris communicated the findings very well and provided a very competitive quote for the work to be completed - there were no pushy sales tactics or unnecessary persuasion to get the car fixed. He suggested leaving the car overnight to start work the next day.
This was an excellent service offered by GCS as BMW lead time was 3 weeks.
I was informed during the day of the progress made on the car, and when it should be ready for collection. That afternoon I came to collect the car. I was shown what had been replaced and Chris took the time to explain what condition the existing parts were in and how the new ones would improve the situation.
The overall price I paid was more than £1000 cheaper than BMW and will not hesitate to come back to German Car Specialists in future.

Absolutely fantastic place to deal with. Won't take my car anywhere else. Knowledgeable and friendly staff don't let you down and don't charge the earth for their service.

ECU software reset to factory default. They did just that to my VW TDI. Now runs much better with more torque at low speeds.
Professional garage with excellent reception desk to discus and understand the problems . Highly recommended.
