Took my newly bought vehicle (audi s3) here after finding them on google and i havent been anywhere since! Chris has by far the best customer service than any other garage ive been to before! And the guys in the garage know exactly what they are doing. They were amazing in keeping me up to date with the progress of the car and explained everything that needed doing very clearly. I trust these guys 100% with my car and i will NOT be going anywhere else for my services or mot's. Really impressed and so glad i found them! I would reccommend to anyone especially if you own a german car.

Had to leave my car in a rush with a flat tyre on my way to a meeting. They fixed the puncture and returned the car to my place of work. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks guys

Quality of work was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. As others have said, the customer service is impeccable.

I'd taken my Audi to a well known network of garages to have the wheel alignment done but after 3 re-visits it just didn't feel quite right. I was recommended Chris at German Specialist and they didn't disappoint, they corrected the new fault and sorted my initial problem for less than the other garage had charged - and half the price of what the main dealer charges.

Because of the good service I asked them to look at our 2nd car that had been suffering from an unidentified 'knocking' for the last 3 months. Again, the fault was quickly identified and the parts replaced. No more knocking and the car drives like new.

Can't recommend these guys enough!

Quite simply the best customer service I've ever experienced from a garage. I dropped in without an appointment when my lights had suddenly stopped working (I don't even have a German car!) and Chris was so helpful. He reassured me that they'd be able to solve the problem and that they could do it that day. Even better, my final total was less than he originally quoted. I'd have no hesitation to use them again and will definitely recommend.

I would recommend German Specialists Stockport to anyone who feels they have been mislead in the past regarding repairs.
I am not mechanical minded but feel assured after being walked through the repairs required these were genuine.
What's more these will keep myself and the car in safe condition.

Had my Octavia VRS 230 mapped by the German specialist today,was a bit dubious about having it done but boy how wrong was I. These guys are brilliant and what a difference, man it is now the car it should have been from the factory. 226bhp to 300 I have never smiled so much as on the way home. Give danny or Chris a ring YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

Excellent Customer Service and the Remap is honestly the best money that I have spent in a while ... it feels like a different car, sharp throttle response and performance improvements are superior to those expected ! Not had it long enough to think about better fuel consumption as having too much fun with the improved performance at the minute.

I have been using German Specialists for over 8 years now and they have looked after my Audi A4 and A5 and my BMW 5 Series and Mini over this period. I have found they to provide good quality service and really do know their cars. There have been times when I have required urgent repairs which they have fixed the problem and gotten me back on the road quickly and at a price that has been significantly cheaper than main dealer prices. I will continue to use them.
