I've taken my 2010 plate Mini to Cheshire German Car Specialists for various repairs on three separate occasions and each time have been very impressed by the customer service, the efficient, speedy repair work and the reasonable price. The guys know their stuff and are very friendly and reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

3rd visit and very satisfied- much better value and service than my main dealer.

My Wife and I used this Garage for many years looking after our Audi A3 and Golf and have always been pleased with the quality of the service and repairs.

I've taken my Mini to this garage a couple of times now for servicing and an MOT. I've found them to be very efficient, honest and knowledgeable. I feel that you're getting very personal customer service and that the staff would go out of their way to keep your business. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a German make car and I'll certainly continue to use them.

I couldn't write a view good enough for these guys as everything they did was so professional.
I went down to have a service on my Golf amongst other things.
They sorted everything and more with no extra charge and when I came to pick my car up they had just finished cleaning it and also had T-Cut the hard to remove marks.
I would highly recommend these and will be going back next month for my MOT.
Thanks again for a brilliant service.

Quick recommendation. I've just taken the Audi to these guys again for a good reason. They do the right work, the right way, at the right price along with providing exceptional customer service. If you have German cars and live in Cheshire / South Manchester then these are the guys.

Honest and friendly, cant ask for more

Needed a bonnet latch replacement for my Audi TTS. I was booked in promptly for the following morning with the convenience of someone dropping me home once I left the car. However, that was not required, because the part was ordered in advance and German specialists were able to do the job while I waited. Had a nice chat with Chris and he explained how he had been brought in to add a customer service layer to the business. The difference was self-evident, although the lads at German specialists have always been good with me and my car, it did seem that they were not able to be customer centric due to the demands of their work. Now with Chris on board their time is freed up to focus on the cars and Chris was very attentive with customers and phone calls. I fully applaud his efforts to embrace social media in order to progress the business, although this can be a double-edged sword, because when you open yourself up to reviews you don't have control over what customers will write, aside from providing genuine excellent service! I am happy to report that I received a 5 star experience!

I had my car booked in for a general service and check over.
there was a noise on the front of the car which they confirmed and i have booked back in. Nothing was to much trouble and collected my car from my work place so made my life easy. Work reported and costed, nothing urgent just a few brackets to be replace in the near future-If I had taken it to the Porsche garage god only now's what they would have tried to persuade me to have done.
They reported a pipe on the washer had come off and even had a video shot of the water coming into the car :) this was rectified at NO cost to Me... how good is that!

Had to have my engine removed from my VW Transporter T5. After hearing the bad news the engine had to be removed and finding out it would be a costly repair I trusted the experenced guys at German Specialists to do the work. I was not disappointed as the work was first class! The guys have helped out where they could to keep the cost to a minimum and that has been appreciated. They know there stuff and nothing is too much trouble. Very happy with the customer service and they will now be doing any work required on my vehicles.
