Minimum deposit
In general satisfied with experience. I like minimum deposit required as less as £250. To compare with the others requesting up to £1000. Plenty of cars available in my area on site as well.

Such disappointing experience!!!
Such a disappointing experience with Getaround! The car and owner was brilliant but the app and the customer service was not helpful at all, charged me for extras and all.
The biggest problem was with their customer service and they lack of help!! They had system issues and I was in touch trying to solve a problem! Got no help and then they charged me extra fees for it!! But the customer service… Very unfair and disappointing!!!

Need better answers to customers enquiries
Response to messages are quick but not helpful at all. The agent just read out terms and conditions without addressing the real concern which is annoying especially when the owner of the vehicle is unreachable and you rely solely on Getaround to clear your doubts. Glad in the end nothing wrong but if there was indeed a material problem I can imagin it will be very exhausted for customer to solve.
