Totally bogus GPS supposed to allow to find the car... bugs and crashes in the app.
I give three stars nevertheless because I am convinced these are just software debugging issues. Something coded a little to quickly or vibey ?
Good luck and please test better. Your customers deserve it.
But it’s a nice rental option and without these problems it would have been a 5-star review, no doubt.

Car not at Point of Pickup. No contact possible via phone or email either to owner or Getaround. Absolute Desaster. 0/10 points. I want my Money back asap.
