Poor customer support after a serious vehicle issue
I had rented with Getaround before and my previous experiences had always been positive, which is why this situation was especially disappointing.
The vehicle provided was already in very poor condition at the start of the rental: significant existing body damage, dirty interior, several warning lights on the dashboard, and alerts related to tire pressure and maintenance. All of this was documented with photos both at check-in and when returning the vehicle.
The most concerning part, however, has been the customer support. Despite several emails, multiple follow-ups, and a phone call during which I was told I would receive a response within 24/48 hours, I still have not received any written reply after a week. The phone support now automatically ends the call because the rental is no longer active, making it impossible to follow up properly.
Very disappointing customer service and an ineffective complaint process.

After rental period when I cleaned car…
After rental period when I cleaned car I found lots of fur, Nicorette tablets and socks in car. None of them was from me. Means car was t cleaned at least few months unless leaves came now. Also animal fur can cause allergy to some people. Trying get in touch with support gives bad taste cause suggestions they turn into complain. Just plain disaster. Old car for such price and shit attitude, no, never ever and no suggestions to anyone.
