Good for rentals, bad support team

Good for rentals, however their support is useless I got a "ticket" fee deducted from my deposit for parking in an illegal spot, the thing is, I never parked there, I think the car owner scammed me. But what bothers me is that the support was unwilling to hear my side of the story nor provide me with details of the ticket to verify its legitimacy!

Broken sensors and loud beeping

As others have mentioned, the sensor for the backseats is broken. This results in loud and constant beeping while driving - we returned the car an hour early because this is hardly bearable.Any time one stops the doors also frantically look and unlock, which is quite frustrating when driving in the city where one needs to stop frequently at red lights. Given that these problems are not new, it is strange that the owner has not taken care of them.
