Great experience

I've worked with DearDoc for many years now. Service has been great. Especially with Maria Ochoa who helps me anytime I need to make updates with our website. Maria is always quick to respond, friendly, and very helpful. The website looks great and our patients engage often with the chat bot. Thank you Maria and DearDoc for taking great care of us.

Communication is great

Communication is great - I am unsure my request was fulfilled though. The ticket was marked resolved but I am not seeing where the change was made. Hopefully I can speak with the same rep and get some insight on what adjustments they made.

DearDoc for the win!

So far I've had a great experience with dear doc, our chat bot alone has generated 70 new patients in the last 90 days! Jason Minderler has been particularly helpful for getting our systems up and running. If you're looking for a turnkey way to increase your patient referrals definitely consider Deardoc.

DearDoc is #1

We have been working with Jason at DearDoc for 6 months. He has been totally amazing to work with and we have gotten 180 referrals in the last 60 days. Over 65% of them are new patients! The always have the best interest of the practice in mind.

Costly mistake that taught me the hard way

I hate even talking about this because it feels like admitting I got burned. The product promised growth for my practice, but all it delivered was more stress. Being locked into a long contract became suffocating once it was clear that results were barely coming in. I paid a premium and watched a trickle of weak leads appear, not real patients. The numbers never added up and every bill was painful to see. Most people abandoned it before anything useful happened, and it is easy to understand why. In the end, it was an expensive lesson learned the hard way.
