Missing tickets !!
I bought tickets for a show which is happening this Friday - 24th August. I've had no dispatch notification, no tracking number and have no idea what is happening. There needs to be more communication here. I can see that sometimes tickets are dispatched late to sellers and they need to send them on etc... but some sort of update that the tickets actually exist and I haven't been a victim of fraud would be reassuring. I have emailed customer services asking if I can pick tickets up from somewhere rather than waiting for post, but zero response! This has been so stressful and I wish I hadn't bothered ... If tickets are sent recorded with a signature then I need to receive them by tomorrow latest. I can't be at home all day waiting for post and if there isn't anyone to sign for them they will be taken to the Royal Mail depot - and will need time to pick them up from there. It is a complete nightmare ... why can't this company act as a middle man on communication between seller and buyer more effectively??

I read the reviews after buying
I read the reviews after buying my tickets and became terrified they wouldn’t come, I ordered them Friday they came by the following Tuesday. I think this company is very hit and miss but I would recommend tweeting them if you ever want to track your order because I think me doing that helped.
I booked two tickets to see Britney…DISASTER!
I booked two tickets to see Britney Spears in Dublin on 20th August (my birthday).
I was advised because I was travelling from the UK to Dublin for the concert that they would like to deliver to the hotel I was staying at.
The Wednesday before, I phoned the hotel to see if the tickets had arrived, which they hadn’t.
I then rang get me in, to be told that the seller had pulled out of the sale.
NO PHONE CALL HAD BEEN MADE TO INFORM ME!
it took me to phone them to find this out!
They then said they were working to find me tickets of the same value or better, then have been phoned today (Friday)(the concert is on Monday) to be told they have no more tickets available, and that I am only able to get a refund.
I have just gone onto ticket master and purchased 2 tickets in the same row as the original ones I bought?! For cheaper than what I paid on get me in..... but for some reason they couldn’t do this for me?!
Excited for the concert but will NEVER be using get me in again!
Maybe this is why there being shut down as a company?!!
Good riddens! 👏🏼

I sold my tickets through GETMEIN and…
I sold my tickets through GETMEIN and made sure the price they were listed at was exactly the same as face value. As you would expect to do this I wasn't making any money in fact I made a lost. My main objective was to sell them quickly and for my buyer to not pay a high price for the event.
The tickets were collected and delivered successfully.
Fast forward to after the event, I received an email to say the buyer was not able to attend the event due to suspected fraud and I wouldn't receive my money for the sale of the tickets. I contacted GETMEIN and I was not given any information apart from a form from the O2 to say they were confiscated due to suspected fraud. The issue with the form is it was edited by GETMEIN and the bottom was cut off, why?. I suspect GETMEIN resold my tickets and couldn't prove my buyer was the attendant or my buyer may of resold my tickets on again. GETMEIN haven't provided any further details on the matter and have provided no support at all.
I looked through the T&Cs and there is nothing in there that tells me I shouldn't get my money for the sale of my ticket and what I've actually done wrong. GETMEIN are unable to prove me wrong on that matter.
I hear GETMEIN are shutting down which makes me less confident i'll get a resolution of this.
Event: Whyte vs Parker 28/07/18

Daylight Robbery.... for handling & delivery charges.
Astonished to pay £77.98 for two Frankie Boyle tickets .. face value of each ticket was just £24.15.
Get Me In charged £10.47 handling fee ! And £9.98 postage ..... ! Daylight robbery and I’ll never use them again.

most unprofessional service
On November 2017 I purchased tickets for the Diamond Circle from Get Me In to the Eric Clapton concert held in Hyde Park in London on July 8, 2018.
To my great dismay and surprise, and only after numerous approaches, many of which were not responded to in a timely manner, on July 4, 2018, only four days prior to the concert, Get Me In advised me that the tickets would not be delivered to me.
How could it be that seven months I did not hear from Get Me In about any problem with the tickets and then only four days before the concert I was told that the tickets were not available? This is totally unprofessional!
Moreover, in their response to me on July 4, 2018, Get Me In noted that in the rare cases where tickets are not supplied, they do everything they can to get replacement tickets but unfortunately there just weren’t equivalent tickets available.
To mitigate my loss and damage, I had no choice but to purchase tickets through another source, albeit at a much higher price then the tickets ordered from Get Me In. Get Me In took no responsibility whatsoever for their negligent omission to supply tickets to me, nor did they take any efforts to find replacement tickets despite their Fan Guard Guarantee in which they note that "If a problem arises GET ME IN! will step in to provide you with replacement tickets, that are comparable or better – at no additional cost to you".

“How Is This Site Actually Legal?”
“How Is This Site Actually Legal?”
Having just gone online to potentially buy some Kasabian tickets that went on sale at 9:30M, the message "Tickets not currently available from Ticketmaster - Here are some other options:" is displayed.
At 9:32am I redirected to Get Me In (A Ticketmaster Company) to see two tickets being "re-sold" at £390.
How can two tickets (face value £55) be advertised for sale at three times the cost and a £60 booking fee added on?
Ticket touting is illegal at venues so how is this legal online?
How does this fit with fair pricing?
How can a booking fee of more than the original ticket cost be added only two minutes after they went on sale?
Isn't the re-seller effectively touting these tickets at an unfair markup?
One thing for sure, this is totally immoral.

Unacceptable delay in getting paid
2 tickets sold (at face value) for Roger Waters in Glasgow. I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks now (15 calendar days) for cash. Some of the Get Me In replies to similar negative posts re delays really don’t add up - “that we can ensure buyers have successfully attended the event,” What difference should that make? If buyer received the ticket then Get Me In should pass on the money as soon as possible irrespective of whether or not they attended. I got an email from Get Me In that there might be a delay in payment as they have been dealing with so many events. I must remember that next time I buy from Ticketmaster - “can you wait a few weeks, I’ve got a lot on just now”.
UPDATE TO REVIEW - oops! Get Me In replied and said I have been paid. I changed my email, but had not updated them, which would explain the money not getting to me, however I now have the problem of trying to contact them via their website which is not the easiest thing to do.

Tickets for Concert
We bought Tickets for the Eminem-Concert. We didnt hear from the Tickets and were already worrying. Three days before the event a very friendly guy from Getmein called and apologysed for the delay. He offered alternative seats which were better. Also, the postal fee was refunded. Perfect service! Thanks!
I bought tickets for Queen and Adam…
I bought tickets for Queen and Adam Lambert for the 2nd July - UPS were suppose to deliver them to me on 26th June - I started chasing 28th June. After numerous emails and phone calls I still hadn't received anything -and a dispute was raised. The tickets finally turned up a week after the concert having been delivered to the wrong road. After I informed UPS of this a UPS driver turned up at my door demanding that I sign to say he delivered them the week before - which I refused to do. UPS have closed the incident and passed it back to GET ME IN. Get Me In wont refund my money as UPS have said I received the tickets - Its disgraceful that neither of these companies want to take responsibility for this and I am still out of pocket. I have now raised a claim through paypal and hopefully they will sort it out.
I would suggest no one ever uses this company - their customer service is disgusting.

Easy and straight forward experience
I had to write a review as i ordered a ticket then read reviews and got very worried! I ordered a ticket to bruno mars in hyde park. Got an email confirmation within a few minutes, within a week i received an email to say my e ticket was available to download. Easily download and printed it off and no problems getting in. Had a brilliant day with friends! Had a easy straight forward experience so i hope this doesnt put everyone off who has already got a ticket and is worried!
Awful to try to deal with
I sold tickets for Queen and Adam Lambert 02/07/18, and am having problems in getting details of payment. They say 7-10 days but it is impossible to get to speak to someone they only want people to sort any problem with their FAQ.
Strangely after the review was published i have received payment, i would recommend anyone waiting payment to publish a review with this very strange company which has awful customer relations

Awful and think it will get worse.
Awful and so scared it will get worse.
Ordered tickets for Paul Simon on Sunday. Wanted 2 tickets. Not even put my credit card number in & then got error messsage so started process again and bought 2 again (thinking it was the only 2). Then I check emails & find I’ve bought 4. I call them. On hold for what feels like years and discover there are no refunds. Only solution is to sell. I’m not using them again so I manage to sell on gumtree. Tickets mean to be in post. I can track 2 of them but not other 2! Tracking wrong. So so worried they won’t arrive and they cannot help

DO NOT USE GET ME IN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
I recently agreed to purchase 2 x tickets for the "International Pits Straight" at the British Grand Prix. My tickets turned up, but they were for the significantly inferior "National Pits Straight".
Trying to contact Get me in by phone or email has proved to be impossible.

Shocker of a company
Shocker of a company. Non-existent customer service. Disgrace of an organisation. Utter tripe. Avoid at all costs. Impossible to get hold of. I can feel the brain tumours forming from holding my phone for hours on end. Do you have one guy that works there as the 2 times I did get through it so happened to be the same representative dealing with me.
Promises of contacting me via phone or email never materialise. 'Don't worry' is all they say. It's my frikkin money, you morons. I reserve the right to be concerned that you have my money, and I have nothing in return. Just disappointment.
Here's my order number. Go on, surprise me. Contact me

Will never use. Never, never. I strongly urge all to avoid. Take a big satisfying dump instead. Bunch of thieves.
Edit. 14.06 11th july
Absolute jokers you lot. Can't even call you now. Message about being too busy, call will now disconnect. What kind of customer service is that? Get me my tickets or give me all my money back, or trading standards/small claims court it is. Filthy filthy company ethics. I will make it a mission of mine to spread my message about this disgraceful behaviour to anyone and everyone using all means possible.

AWFUL!
AWFUL!! never received tickets bought at 5 times market price. they say nothing to do with them . claim UPS delivery service dropped them through the letterbox. Such rubbish. Will always have to be signed for. getmein said they would send e mail when tickets on their way. never got that e-mail. They simply did "case closed".When asked to send copu of complaints procedure they merely sent a link to an internal e-mail which has shown nothing but incompetency.

Avoid at all costs
I sold my tickets and order is showing completed yet I still have not received my money. The website says I should receive payment 7-10 working days after the event date...which is fine. The event was 23rd June which means we're now on the 12th working day.
I have had no response via twitter, email, Facebook or phone. I've seen online that a lot of people are yet to receive the money from past events, some even going back to last year! If they're having issues processing all the payments, they should at least say.
EDIT: I have since received my payment. The customer service has been terrible and like I said, if they were experiencing delays with processing payments they should have just said! Keeping silent has not helped them at all. I've still not actually heard anything from them...

A little slow on payment. Unsure why it's Ticketmaster's 'official' resale site though...
I wrote a bad review of this site after not receiving money from tickets I had sold. It took longer than the advertised ten working days, but after writing my review on here, I was paid. So suspicious whether a negative review and being paid just after is a coincidence, but it all worked in the end. The actual process of selling the tickets is fairly straightforward, however I assumed with it being the official Ticketmaster resale site, that the tickets would then be issued in the name of the person you're selling to, but you simply send them to the buyer. With this in mind, it would be easier to just sell the tickets straight and get paid on exchange.
