Odd start as I actually had an awful experience with Moshy due to one of there workers failing to organise my order but after having dealt with Brian Sagahun from Moshy who completely flipped my experience upside down into an A* service I have to give 5*. He was kind, committed and very speedy in resolving my issue making sure everything was sorted before the weekend. Also sorted out a discount for the problems I faced beforehand. With company’s it’s not just about what goes wrong but also when something goes wrong how it’s dealt with and fixed. Thanks to Moshy appreciate the efforts to turn my experience into a positive one.

I requested an invoice from the pharmacy to claim on private health. The returned message was prompt and I received the invoice the next day so I could make my claim.

Loads of advice available. There is an online chat to help but it is near impossible to find. I had a problem with a script being incorrect and not being sent to the pharmacy. There was a bit of confusion around what drug I was on and I found it surprising that they didn't seem to have access to my prescription history. Response was good once they got to my messages and they were able to expedite the script. It was an unnerving experience as they didn't seem to know what drug or dose I was on. I had a travel deadline that I had communicated clearly with loads of warning. For clarity I have changed my review from a 1 star because they were able to get the script out quickly once they received my messages. And because they may have known my script and only wanted to check directly with me, but because communication is exclusively by text it all was confusing for both sides.

Issue was resolved quickly once addressed, question wasn't answered and panic set in , once reading all terms and conditions I worked out what had happened, then finally speaking to a human not AI , everything was resolved
