I have been trying to join the FB community for about 5 weeks now and keep getting declined. Sheila has been trying to help but I keep hitting a dead end…the amount of emails back and forth is ridiculous when it could just be approved…just trying to get some ok e support for my journey 😞 it should be this hard

They don't have stock to send..... now going to be late with my dose!
Jab due today, but no courier. I contacted them to followup & they said they have no stock so will send in 3 days!!!!
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!
I received first dose a month ago so they have had a month to organise and buy and send out the next dose.... absolutely no excuse not to have stock for me.
Friends have no issue getting their doses from Dr Prescription + Pharmacy.
Would not recommend 😕

I signed up to Moshy for the convenience of not having to go to the Dr then to the chemist, I work shift work so this just makes it so simple, the Telehealth at the start with the Dr was great and very informative, I have not had any trouble at all with my order it always arrives before I actually finish my last months, the results have been slow but that is the way I want it. Would recommend for anyone thinking about it, just to be mindful of the cost- but that is the problem with convenience.

It has been a good experience so far. Whenever I've had an issue with a delivery, billing, or prescription, customer service has always been helpful and responsive, typically replying within 24 hours.

Initial consultations were easy and medication deliver was fast. I was able to easily discuss treatment with a medical professional. Following that, I have been billed for months 2 and 3 while my medication is still with the pharmacy. I have missed a number of doses due to this delay.

I have been having significant issues with my account. Darlene from the support team has gone above and beyond to help me. While the technical problem is still being resolved she made sure my treatment plan was not interrupted and has been professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I was hugely impressed to receive an email from her updating on the progress of my issue and also letting me know what steps were coming up. She gave me confidence that she was managing my account and doing her very best for me. Her customer service is exceptional and the world would be a happier place if other customer service specialists were as dedicated as she is.
