lack of communication was the number one disappointment the delay between paying for the medication and receiving the medication took far too long. I required my script to be filled in advance due to traveling overseas for 6 weeks. As soon as I requested a customer service officer from Moshy to help Alexander D immediately was contacting me to fine out about the issue. He immediately fixed things and within half an hour I had had everything rectified. He then asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I also required some doctors letter to help expedite any issues I might encounter while crossing boarder. Within a few hours I also had my doctor's letter. I haven't experienced that level of customer service in many years.

Incredibly opaque and almost deceptive in their dealings. All products are over $100/month marked up. Overwhelmingly interested in getting next payment out of you, little concern for your actual health. Even the app is useless, I can find crappy lo-cal recipes online and that’s about all it contains. Cancelled the service, what a hassle that was. Then the app said my cancellation would take effect in 2 months. I had to email and say no, it takes effect now. Cancelled payment authorisation on PayPal just in case they came for more money. OMG. Business model seems to be based on targeting people’s ’shame’ and figuring no one will complain

The initial process was great. We agreed I needed to consult my specialist (having had recent surgery) before proceeding. I did that but they immediately charged me for 2 months of injections! I did not receive anything!
I contacted them 6 times to sort it out but all they did was activate my account. Such a BAD experience. Communication appalling :(

I wanted to change to an appointment where i knew the date/time rather than next available consult (that I had selected). This is annoying as you're left wondering when that might be, so far 3 days?
