Would not recommend. Constantly change cleaners who provide a variable service. Last one did not stay the two hours I paid for and did a poor job. When I raised this with management I received no response. I’ll only use a local cleaner now.

Great cleaning service!
I have always been happy with our service from Get Set Clean. We pay for two hours each week and the cleaner is always able to accomplish a lot in that time. I consider it well worth the money.

The last service I had from GSC was…
The last service I had from GSC was very inadequate, I gave them customer service comments referring to those errors and still haven't heard back from them. Of course, they took the money for the job the same day it happened. It's a shame as normally they're a lot better.

I believe there has been a small misunderstanding.
From what I saw in the system's records, you asked for the cleaner to bring a hoover and mop. When you made the booking and selected for the cleaner to bring cleaning products, a notice would have told you that we cannot supply hoovers, mops or buckets.
Our cleaners cannot carry such things with them and that is why we ask the client to supply them. My colleagues refunded you your money back 20 minutes after the completion of your booking right after they spoke with you to explain the circumstances.

Get Set Clean are good, trustworthy cleaners and are proactive and letting you know if you cleaning time needs to be changed. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that their website is a bit user unfriendly.
