Really great service and would recommend to anyone. Very polite and friendly guys. They were really careful with our items and even packed the smaller items into large boxes/carriers which was great. I will be using them again for sure.

I'm glad I hired this company for a flat move. The five star reviews are completely accurate. Sam and his colleague worked very fast and efficiently. They even put additional packaging around some items of furniture to protect them, which I wasn't expecting. It's clear they take care to do a good job and care about the end result. Sam is a lovely guy, very polite and easy to get on with. I will 100% use these guys again for the next time I need a man and van. It made the whole experience of moving house completely painless, which is a rare experience.

We booked the day before and although couldn't get the day we had requested we were immediately offered alternative available slots.
My husband did the move and said he was impressed with how professional and organised the movers were.
Everything was packed, driven and unpacked within 3 hours.

I booked my house removal a bit late and most companies were already unavailable. So when Giant Removals accepted my booking I was both happy and worried. But the booking and confirmation went smoothly and the business owner was kind and patient all the time.

On the moving day, I was notified that they'd be late for 2 hours due to a small accident. This upset me quite a bit, but that's the only issue I had that day.

After they arrived, they offered sincere apology and loaded my stuff very quickly and carefully. They also delivered my stuff on time (from east to west London, 13 miles) and unloaded everything without any scratch on the boxes. They even offered a small discount as a compensation for the delay when I prepared to pay the full amount.

So my overall experience with them was quite positive and I'd still chose them for my next house removal.

We’ve just moved home in north London and chose giant removals because of their good reviews. I can’t speak highly enough of the service. They were prompt, prepared and efficient. They knew exactly what to do and didn’t waste any time in doing it. I would recommend them highly.

Booking was straightforward on the website. Had to change dates which wasn't a problem at all.
On the day, they called ahead to confirm arrival time. Once at the property, they got right to it and professionally and quickly loaded the van with plenty extra cushioning, protective stretch film and frequent tie down straps.
Very transparent about what they could and couldn't take responsibility for, which was all sensible (ie no guarantee for some larger plants).
We couldn't be at the destination, so they also took care of parking and unloading without any issues.

Given our horrible experience with another moving company last year I was really concerned about which moving company to use this time.
I have been positively impressed by Giant Removals, from beginning to end. They were polite and very professional, nothing was too much for them. They loaded everything very quickly and when they came to the new house, very nicely put everything where I asked them to. They also dismantled three pieces of furniture (a bed, a desk and a dining table), and rebuilt them at the other house, and also did that very efficiently. They took so many precautions to look after our valuable items.
We couldn’t be happier with the service they provided, their price is very competitive and is incredible considering the excellent service they provide (one of the well known moving companies quoted me £1000+ for a similar service which is crazy! With Giant I believe we paid £360). I will be recommending them to any friends looking for a moving company.
We will absolutely be booking them again in the future for our next house move.

For reference this was a move from a 2 bed flat to another 2 bed flat.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, easily the best removals team I have used so far. Great value too.

They arrived promptly, carefully packaged my delicate items to ensure protection, and were super accommodating of moving my garden plants too. At the new location, they managed to unload all my furniture and boxes into the right rooms before I even arrived.

I am very impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. They made what could have been a very stressful day so much easier.

To help others, it was a London 2 bed, to another London 2 bed move, but over an hours drive to get to the other house. I had about 60 boxes, 2 sofas, 10 other items of furniture, 10 outdoor garden plants, bike, lawn mower, 2 beds, and many bags, mirrors, artwork. It all miraculously fit into their Luton van. Whole job took under 5 hours, including driving 1hr 30mins to new location and disassembly/reassembly of furniture/beds etc.

Moving day is always stressful so you always hope for polite, courtious and professional movers... who arrive on time and who get on with the job at hand... and very pleased to say that's exactly what we got!!

We would highly recommend Sam and his team. Although they were short one member of staff on the day, they were still as efficient and worked quickly and methodically and showed great care with all our items.

They are by far the best moving team we've used to date, very well prepared with trolleys, tools wrapping blankets and materials to have added protection for all our furniture and belongings where neccessary.

A big thank you to Sam and your collegue, you made our moving day stress free.

To help others, we had roughly 50 boxes, some miscellaneous items, plus a 2 seater sofa and a 2 door cabinet.
It just fit in a Luton van.

We moved all the way from London to Newcastle, Giant handled it easily in a single day and nothing was too much trouble. They took great care of our fragile items and were very thorough. We would definitely use them again - Thank you!
