Avoid, Avoid and Avoid! This ‘company’ took my money, never confirmed dispatch of my order, I never received the order and they ignored my e-mails. Spend your money elsewhere!

Ordered items for my daughters wedding on 14.02.23 - nothing has ever shown up and despite being in constant contact with them they still HAVE NOT refunded my money back! Just avoid as they are scammers

I would give nothing because I cannot rate something I have never received!! I have emailed and got nothing back. Disgusting to treat people like this. Avoid at all cost!!!!

I wish I looked at trust pilot reviews first! I ordered two keyrings on the 15th November and still have yet to receive them. I messaged them on FB and they said they were sending a replacement out. Still nothing, so I messaged them 3 times on FB as I want a refund, the first time on the 7th Dec and once via email and only today they responded saying they are closed for Xmas and about the strikes again and that’s it! I understand there have been a few Royal Mail strikes but everything else I’ve ordered has arrived by Royal Mail. I’m not happy at all and never experience such bad customer services, and I’ve ordered elsewhere so loss of money!

This company has disgusting customer service, or should I say zero customer service! I ordered an anniversary gift for my partner which 1st took 2 and a half weeks to come, way after the date needed, but to top that off they had engraved it wrong! So a total mess up from start to finish and although I’ve emailed and messaged on Facebook multiple times they’ve not responded even once! I’m absolutely fuming and will not let this go!

Ordered a house sign on 3rd November which was dispatched 12 November. When it didn't arrive I emailed, no response as their emails are down (still down 3dec) used Facebook was told that a replacement would be made and sent as it was a RM issue. Still nothing arrived. I have since messaged on Facebook twice with no response.

Ordered a keyring . With a personalised picture, item was sent picture pitch black , I have asked for a refund and the person behind the facebook profile is blaming me for the picture. I have offered to send back item and still the person is being awkward, I am in hospital and do not need the stress of this . Very unprofessional

Will keep leaving bad reviews until someone contacts me and refunds my nans money that was promised yet still nothing been done.
I understand things happen but no contact and communication is disgusting especially when was promised a refund a week ago by someone.

A little smaller than i imagined i should have checked measurements and a little uneven when standing however i still love it and will be perfect added to my sons grave
