Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, FedEx is the only option that provides specific tracking numbers. If you selected USPS then we are only limited to the tracking service they provide (which is more of a status update)

Worst fraud vetting ever
My bank thought this site was fraud and declined the first transaction. I let them know it was not fraud and spoke with this company and they banned me from making purchases. No idea how these guys are going to survive as a company with their processes because i just went with someone else and they were happy to have my business.

Very Disappointed
I placed two gift card orders. One of the recipients received his, but the other one didn't. When I checked to see why, it showed that the order was pending. I tried to contact someone in the chat bot for help but no one would reply. This was supposed to be an Easter gift. VERY disappointed in the service.
Will not be using Gift Card Granny again.

TERRIBLE customer service!
I spent over an hour putting together an order of gift cards just to get it rejected because my bank thought it was fraud. My bank texted me a fraud alert and I let them know it was a valid charge and not fraud. Giftcard granny cancelled my order and refused to fulfill it. I tried to call and could not get through to a human. The website chatbot feature is absolutely useless and claimed someone would get back to me within 30 minutes and it took nearly 2 hours just to get an automated response. I am taking my business elsewhere. STAY AWAY!
