Terrible! I bought my granddaughter a Target gift card at 8:15 AM on the 19th and they said they would deliver that gift card to her email same date (the 19th). They did not send her gift card until the following evening, on the 20th. That is not the date I ordered nor when they said they would send it. I would not have used them if I knew they would not deliver as promised. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Whew that was cutting it close but all 3 came today. Before Christmas! I'm going to let the recipients open the envelope. I'm happy and I hope they are easy to activate.

I tried this after Akin Chaktty recommended it, and it's good so far. I hope it continues to be good.

I’ve used Gift Card Granny to pick up a discounted gift card for a store I already shop at, and the whole process was straightforward. If I could zero, I would! Not trustworthy! Ordered, paid for 100 gift card… link never allowed to redeem. Total rip off!!! Followed their instructions.. to no avail..
Will not refund… try to contact them.. not happening… mail sent back as undeliverable. Worst on line experience EVER! I do most of my shopping on line,, no issues until I came across giftcardripoff! Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere! Payment was processed, they took money they didn’t earn. Thieves is the dictionary term. Will NEVER trust them and will let everyone know! $100 will not bankrupt me, however, their low rated reviews may and hopefully put them out of business!!

I’ve had positive experiences on gift card granny app and based on my own personal experience would recommend them to others to check out for buying and selling gift cards.

We tried to order Christmas Visas for our staff and the first time it just put it in cart but without our designed visa, so I reached out and a live person called me back (impressive right?) I thought so. They said they do not know what happened but none of the 13 created cards had the picture we wanted on them just blank so we would need to start over. OK, ugh after 2 hours of designing but hey we wanted them. Then we get them designed go to pay for them and our order is canceled. $$$ put on our card and now will pend 7-10 days but we won't get the cards. They said they can't verify payment, address or ???? and now no one will call me back. The email just says they will no longer take orders from this account. Well I hate to tell you, you have never taken orders from this account. Just our money on hold. Talked to our Merchant card company/bank AAMC: no one tried to verify payment with them. And the address to send to is a verifiable address. Terrible customer service. Don't waste all your time creating stuff, chances are probably pretty high they will decline it, your card will be charged for at least 10 days and you won't get to talk to a person.

First of all the gift card was never sent and this was over a month ago. Tried to get this resolved by their site which continually kept telling me to sign in which I did numerous times. Tried calling and only get a robot waiting to see if I get a return call. Went into texting and after giving them the info nothing was replied. I kept typing “hello” to see if they were there finally about five minutes let me know she was checking. Could have let me know she received it she continued to be rude which evidently is acceptable with this company. All came down to they kept receiving a notice it did not go through but never let me know just kept my money. They were typing the name with a “k” not a “c” and they had confirmed the email in the receipt of the order. Had they taken a different approach I would have used them this Christmas but now I will use GIFTS.COM who I should have stayed with

Had a little trouble getting access to my cards but they were great and took the time to explain. Just took a little longer than I would have preferred to hear back.

This company said it would send the card in 5mins to a couple hours, it came in email in 5 minutes, I then had to struggle with their non working Google log in for longer than I'd like to before making an entire second account with the same email address... Then when I redeemed the card it said it wasn't ready yet the the Ai bot said it was up for manual approval.. Like no you already took the funds out of my account your giving it to me immeditly. Not a good experience.

A great way to get discounted gift cards, and I love that you can do custom ones as well. They make for special gifts when you can upload a picture! So far I've had no problems with Gift Card Granny!
