Yes, the website shows them as "buds." But they are buds ready to open with the colour visible. Of those I received, only a few had opened after about three days (too late for them to be of any use anyway). All in all, there is no point in ordering these. Even if you can wait for them to open, as they don't open at the same time, some will be faded by the time the rest open.

9 day delivery!
Placed an order on 28/5 on basis quoted dispatch was 1-3 days. Order acknowledged, but no dispatch date given until I’d chased twice on the 30/5 & 2/6. Told my order had “gone into spam box” - although they had acknowledged it by email. Strange, in the least….Finally received item after 9 DAYS, thus missing the 18th birthday it had been for. Not a happy bunny

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the delivery.
As mentioned in our previous email to you which was replied to within 20 minutes of receiving, we apologised for not replying to your first sent email as this had gone into our spam folder and therefore, was not picked up.
The item purchased had a 1-3 working day dispatch time plus delivery, this was purchased on the 28th May and dispatched on the 31st May along with tracking.
In your email you mentioned this was required for a birthday on the weekend of 1st/2nd June, which are delivery dates provided at checkout would have shown this would not have arrived until after those dates.
Again our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
