Poor customer service

Ordered a phone case, then received a refund via PayPal but no explanation or alternative by the company. Had no correspondence from Gift moments at all. Very poor customer service, actually no service at all.

Great product. Bad delivery.

First off the product was great. My issue is that despite entering my correct address on the order (I double checked to make sure) it was addressed to another house on my street on the postage label. Luckily the neighbour who took delivery managed to track me down after asking several people. Thanks to the neighbour the package found its way to us in the end.

Ordered a frame which arrived badly…

Ordered a frame which arrived badly scratched I contacted Gift Moments who replied and sent a replacement almost immediately which I was so impressed with unfortunately this one also is scratched I have not decided yet what to do as I really do not want another one which could be the same. The frame is lovely too.
