Absolutely stellar and prompt customer service when the code I had for my customizable gift wasn't working. Nina was absolutely amazing!

Received one of their Grow It Carnivorous Plants kits as a gift and followed all instructions carefully, with more than 15-months before the best before date of Jan 2025. None of the initial 5 seeds germinated within 40 days, despite good conditions, so I tried the remaining 10-12 seeds and none of them responded either, giving a 100% failure rate. Packaging is really well done but seems they may need to work on their quality control proceedures, as it ended up being a complete waste of time and distilled water!

Absolutely fantastic, helpfull staff, I was waiting over 28 days for my certificate to arrive so sent an email. Nina responded, apologising, saying it had been sent but she would arrange for another, also sending details of how I could find my star whilst waiting. Above and beyond my expectations, excellent help

Nina went out of her way to re-issue the lost gift and even send out the physical certificate with all the accompanying fluff, replacing a present that had been lost in moving!

I bought something from this shop (through Not on the Hight Street) a while ago. It arrived quickly and I was really pleased with it.
Unfortunately we recently tried to use it and had an issue with it, so I contacted the seller to see if they could give adivce to help.
They were fantastic an actually replaced the item for me. This one arrived quickly and we have no issues with it.
So, so happy. They didn't have to replace it for us, but they have fantastic customer service.

Recently I wanted to find the plot number to a long ago purchased Dunans Castle gift. I really thought there was no hope. Less than a few hours later, Nina sent me all my information! I was so surprised, excited and thankful! Amazing customer support!!!

About six years ago my daughter sent me the ownership of one square foot of land at Dunans Castle in Scotland as a birthday gift. I was pleased to get such an unusual gift and stored it away to await receipt of the certificate. Unfortunately, the certificate was not received and the gift got misplaced and forgotten until recently. On a whim, I sent an email to see if it was still possible to get the certificate after all these years. I was surprised to receive a reply from Nina of Gift Republic saying that she would send a new certificate at no charge. A great example of outstanding customer service.

Ordered a DIY pottery kit as a gift, delivery was delayed by the courier and when I contacted Gift Republic to ask if they could chase the courier up, they instead offered to send another kit to me. When both kits then turned up one day after each other they told me to keep both even though I offered to return one. Kit looks great and the customer service was brilliant

Over 2 years ago I received my name a stat kit as a gift. Well, I lost the certificate with my star information. After emailing the service team for help late in the evening I received a response with all of the information I needed as well as helpful advice and suggestions on the best way to locate the star. I’ve become used to receiving very slow service from email boxes with minimally helpful information so you can imagine my surprise and delight with Nina’s fantastic and timely service. Great service on a very nice product. Can’t ask for more!

Placed an order on November 24th with the promise of delivery in 3-5 business days from the dispatch date. After 2 weeks I contacted them for more info when they let me know that there are delays with UK post. The package still hasn't arrived and I can't get a response from customer care. Awful experience.

Excellent service, due to Covid restrictions, i was unable to use my gift voucher which expired during one of the lock downs. I anticipated - the computer says no- but instead received an e mail saying no problems with a new voucher code. Thanks Nina for sorting out so promptly.

I bought the 100 movies in the 80s posted for my boyfriend at Christmas but we broke up. I contacted Gift Republic to see if I could return the item and they provided me with a full refund. Outstanding and understanding customer service. I was very surprised and super impressed by this action. Thank you Gift Republic!

Faulty 100 Movies Scratch poster replaced, without any issue. Many thanks to Nina for sorting out. I think a batch was wrongly produced as the replacement works a treat. My son loves the poster now. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I had previously received a gift that I failed to register before it expired so emailed the company hoping to receive a voucher code to replace it. What I was offered was incredible and made my year. The whole process was fast and efficient and I cannot thank Nina enough for her help. I will be buying more as gifts for my family.

The costumer service at gift Republic is more than amazing. I ordered from Germany and there have been issues due to an accidental triple order (somehow I ordered the same stuff three times). Therefore we needed to pay the duty for three packages and of course we also paid the items itself three times. I texted the customer service and they were so kind and helpful and we could reach them anytime. In the end we could send back two of the three orders and would get a refund for all three of them due to all the cost for shipping and duty we had. It was an amazing experience and even though there have been if issues I would always shop again at gift public due to the great customer service and because I know even though there could be issues they will always find a solution!! Thanks especially to Nina. So happy and thankful! <3

Had an Adopt a Spitfire pack for my birthday after registration waited for certificate, did not arrive.
Phoned costumer service spoke to a nice lady who assured me the registration was logged but did not know why I had not received my certificate.
she then emailed me a code No to use straight away and promised the certificate in the post ASAP.A few days later the certificate arrived.

Received Name a Star as a gift. Received certificate which confirms the star is not visible with a Magnitude value of 13.1. The documentation says there are numerous Astrology websites where you can get further information. What websites? Have searched online for star name. Nothing. Sad for whoever paid good money for this bit of paper. Total rip-off.

Threw seeds out by mistake for Name a Rose after registering the name , contacted them and they were ever so nice and understanding. Polite emails. Certainly recommend them as will use again in the future as their aftersales is as good as their sales and that goes along way in this day and age. Prompt response too. happy customer

I was bought a Grow your own Prosecco kit as a gift and unfortunately I had mislaid the instructions as the seeds needed time in the fridge. I contacted the customer service department asking if they could email a copy or advise how I should proceed. Immediately a copy of the instructions was emailed to me.....amazing service. I can highly recommend this company, attention to detail, professional, polite and very friendly.

Got gifted the 100 movies scratch poster, and sadly the film wasn’t coming off the poster as I scratched. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement without hesitation.

My new poster scratched way more easily, so I must have just received a faulty individual poster.

I’m confident that if anything else went wrong with I got from them in the future would keen to resolve it with me, so all in all a trustworthy company!
