Lost growing instructions. Contacted customer services and within 2hours I had received an email from Nina with an attachment. Would highly recommend. So grateful

We have tried to grow from one Chilli Peppers and 2 Bonsai kits. Each time the growing instructions were followed precisely. All three kits germinated but were very feeble and died after a few months. All attempts were kept at exactly the required temperatures. The product disclaimer in TINY letters denies all all responsibility.

The response time was very quick. The whole process of getting a missing deck shipped to my house was very pleasant.

Before lockdown me and my dad started to play golf together so for his birthday I brought him the golf course bucket list and tiger tees, he loved them and cant wait for the courses to be opened up again and put them to use!

Recently contacted (email) Gift Republic, as I wanted to know if the expiry date on a Spitfire tour for last year had been extended.
They got back to me straight away, with information and contact details for company involved.
Very pleased with the customer service, would use them again. Very satisfied

I was initially very upset when my order didn’t arrive as I’d hoped, but the customer service team were really helpful and sorted out things very quickly to ensure it arrived before my fiancé’s birthday surprise so thanks to the team there for all their help!

I absolutely love my 100 dates poster I purchased from Gift Republic such a great idea!.Phil from Customer Services was very friendly and helpful when I rang with an enquiry. I will definitely be buying from them again.

I placed an order for the ‘Hot Dog’ pillow and I have been really pleased with it. It is a good quality product, a nice size, lightweight and very comfortable to rest against.

It arrived quickly and I had no issues with Gift Republic and do expect to be getting more from them when I need gifts for family and friends.

We were gifted a board game this past Christmas that was missing a deck of category cards. I reached out to Gift Republic and reached Lily Ealy who went above and beyond to ensure we received those cards. I have reached out to companies in the past, but Lily and Gift Republic exceeded their customer service, ensuring we were happy. To top this off, Gift Republic is based in the UK and I reside in Canada. Great customer service crosses oceans and it shows!!

I recently ordered an 80s board game for a Xmas present, there was a problem with my order. I spoke to Lily who sent me a replacement game which arrived in two days!

I received a Grow It Unkillable Plant kit for Christmas, however when I came to do it, I didn't realise the seeds were so tiny you can't see them. I thought they were missing! The customer service team were very helpful and responded quickly. They kindly sent me some more seeds.

Had the 90s board game bought for Christmas and came with two packs of sport questions but no tv pack. Emailed customer service explaining the situation and Lily was only too happy to help and sent out the pack we was missing. The board game itself is fun and would definitely recommend ☺️

Initially had issues with the code given in the gift. Contacted customer support who replied in less than 24 hours and fixed the issue right away. Great and professional customer service!

Ordered the '100 Craft Beers' Scratch Poster for my dad for Christmas, he loved the product and is excited to try all the beers on the list! Very happy

Excellent customer service! Had an issue with the registration of a product they sell (bought through another retailer) and after reopening for queries in the new year, received and email from Lily confirming she’d investigate. Shortly after, a new registration code was issued and everything sorted! Lovely team, super friendly and a pleasure to speak with. Strongly recommend!

Great service and very helpful when i needed help to register my gift

Item ordered 4th december via not on the highstreet. Meant to be delivered on 9th december, still no package, no tracking number either. Emailed them three times and no response. No idea how to get my.money back or item delivered to me with no response from seller. Absolutely awful I do not recommend ordering from them.

I am from Slovakia. I ordered a Star and did not come to me yet. I was complaining, but they want from me to send extra 5£ to reprint and sent to SK. It is not my fault, that it did not come to me, so I think, they should sent it for free!

Ordered gifts from this company via not on the high street. Received a dispatch email to say it would be delivered Wednesday 11th. No sign of package, no update or tracking details. It is now Thursday afternoon and still no package. Tried ringing the number on company website.... no answer. Sent an email and again no answer.
