I clicked on a link to recharge my phone and ended up being a subscriber to giftcard-hub at 49EUR per month. Sent them a total of 5 emails to cancel and get a refund. Their final offer was a 20% refund. I didn't take it. Started a dispute claim with my credit card company, WIse, including all emails and why I felt it was a scam. Within 12 hours, I got a full refund.

Beware of this ‘gift card or voucher hub ‘, they will steal your money from your card . They are a fraudulent company.

Scammers trying to charge me for a subscription and tripling my the price

Fraudulent company and service—legalized by government regulations but simply ripping people off, providing zero service or real discounts. Just a dodgy system, nothing else.

Horrendous company.
Will scam you in to a subscription service you didn’t know about or agree to.
They took £98.00 from me over 2 months and are now refusing to return the money.
Avoid at all costs!!

This company are scaming people in the name of providing service. I purchased £20 lyca top up for a friend and in three days time they took £49.00 from my account although paid for the top up I bought. When I called them they said its for the service they provided. They are thief's don't use them.

Scammers . As other people said, tried to get £49 out of me on day 3. Well done First Direct to flag and stop it. They are well aware of this scam.

Do not use them! Be very very carefully!
I have purchased amazon voucher for £12 and after 3 days they took £49 from my bank.
When I call them and ask for refund they said in rude way no refund. I had to call my bank to open the dispute. AVOID THEM!

I accessed the product page direct from a google search. No mention anywhere that my £25 Nintendo e-gift card for which I paid £22 was attached to a £50 recurring monthly subscription. I have checked my confirmation email and even the message section after logging in to their site, no mention until today when they tried to take the £50- my banks fraud dept blocked the payment. No doubt it was very well hidden in their T&C small print

You’ll top up your phone and be left with a 49 quid bill for a subscription you didn’t sign up for . My bank blocked it so suck on that!

Google directed me to what would appear to be a legitimate company but is infact a SCAM

You buy one card and all of a sudden you are stuck with a monthly subscription of 50€, this was NOT described at the moment of purchase.

this is a complete scam company, I bought a £10 voucher recharge for O2 and after 3days was debited with £49 from my account without no prior information concerning the subscription. please return my money back

Scammers. They rob people without letting them know. I never subscribe anything, never received any emails saying I had a 3 days trial period.

Do not use this company absolute fraud and con artist

Still trying to get £49 taken from my account without my permission for a subscription I never agreed to. No e-Mails to confirm any subscription or advising of a 3 day trial period. This is a complete scam. Do not use this company as they are nothing but scammers!

What a scam, only wanted to top up £5 pay as you go for elderly relative just out hospital. They took £49.99 , was on credit card, so should get back but now having to change card after numerous calls. Very underhand.

SCAM they will charge you £49 and will refuse to refund stay away is a SCAM.
