Overall the experience was good
Overall the experience was good. However the item I ordered was out of stock at the manufacturer. I received an email explaining such, apologising and giving an expected date. The light arrived before the back in stock date. Docked the star as I was expecting it in stock when I ordered.

1st Class Customer Service
We spent ages trying to find bronze sockets for my kitchen installation. Just as we were about to give up we came across Gil-Lec who had exactly the colour we needed.
Gil-Lec were super helpful and extremely knowledge, nothing was too much trouble for them. My husband spent around 30 minutes speaking to Matt regarding everything we needed. Matt talked him through everything and explained all the various options.
We placed an order and Jason took over, checking everything was OK and keeping us fully informed of the progress of our order.
The order arrived promptly and safely. The Hamilton products are very good quality.
I would recommend Gil-Lec for great products and 1st class customer service. Thanks guys!
