I've ordered my 42inch plasma tv yesterday hopefully it will come tomrrow or wednesday. It is a good service because if you have not got the money in one go they let you pay for them item monthly wich I find eaiser for most people now. I would recommend them to friends and family depsending on how good my order gets delivered to me

I recently purchased a Wii Big ben Cycle from Gimmitech, unfortunately the 1st one received was faulty, but thanks to Pete at Gimitech the faulty one was replaced and a new one which worked perfectly was received within a week, which i think was excellent service.
The Big Ben cycle for the Wii is a food piece of kit much better than putting your headphones on with a normal exercise bike, gives you something to aim for, lets hope i can find some add-ons for it.

I ordered a Samsung LED 32 inch TV on Friday evening , and it was delivered on Tuesday afternoon. The whole process was so quick and easy. I will definitely be ordering from Gimmitech again.

The Good:

- Website is sleek, well laid out and easy to navigate.

- Being able to choose from 12-36 months to pay for your product is great, especially if you want to just pay a small amount each month.

- The interest charged is fair and superior to that of their competitors

- Products are fairly priced. Any company who offers finance options has slightly higher prices, but monthly payments with an attractive APR counter balances that.

- The V12 Finance process is easy to complete, asks no silly questions and provides a fast decision

- Gimmi, is one of the good guys. They're not too corporate or unapproachable, things you will often find wrong with larger companies. I can only hope they stay this way.

The Bad...ish:

- There isn't any real bad points to this company so far. Emails containing your confirmation do go to the junk folder within your email service but that isn't Gimmi's fault.

- Delivery status could be better, as there is no real communication from the courier to the customer. But again, that's not Gimmi's fault.

OVERALL:

Gimmi is a very young company, but their overall service, prices and professionalism is far superior to that of their competitors. Being a young company they have little issues which need ironing out but for such a young company they are doing an excellent job, furthermore out shining their rivals.

It's not easy starting a company, developing a clean user friendly customer interface, co ordinating customer orders with warehouse operations and making sure your chosen courier reflects your company positively all the time. So therefore give Gimmi a chance as they've worked extremely hard and continue to do so, to bring us the customers the best possible service.

I recently bought an Ipad 2 from Gimmetech , and to be honest it was brill! I had to pick it up from the depot, but of course this wasn't the fault of Gimmetech, they simply tried to deliver it and I wasn't in. I would recommend them to anyone! Great service and great products!

Ordered the IPad on a Tuesday and it arrived on the Thursday. What a great service! Would definately reccomend to others. Communication was also excellent. Overall extremely happy with this service.

i bought an i mac everything is brilliant and everything but when i cross-checked the prices with apple it was £200 more than apple price.
So its not as interest free as they say

Was really pleased to finally order a MacBook Air - I've been wanting one for quite a while now. What was equally pleasing was that I was promised I would get it before Christmas, which was great.

First of all, I think that Gimmitech really needs to have a think about how it communicates delivery to its customers. I never once recieved any sort of email with tracking numbers or whatnot, until I personally phoned and emailed, which was a bit of a bother.

Then, I was tracking it throughout the day that it was supposed to arrive. (I was at work and knew I wouldnt be in, so wanted to see if they would leave it with a neighbour or whatnot) Imagine my absolute HORROR when I saw on the page after refreshing it that the driver had left it on the doorstep. Thats a £1000 computer, couldnt bloody well believe it! Plus, it was heavy rain that day in London so I was in a bit of a panic on the way home that my computer would either be stolen, or soaking wet!

I know that the delivery company are separate from Gimmitech, but if this is a service that they choose to use then they need to be held partly responsible. And decide whether or not to have a look at how they deliver.

I can't thank yous enough for my purchase from your website. It's absolutely perfect. Delivery was next day and in time for Christmas! Also when I rang to enquire about the item, the staff who answered was so helpful and polite.... he's definitely an asset to your team. Thank you all so much. Yasmin. xxx

For whatever reason my latest shipment was posted to the wrong address. This resulted in me having to drive 40+ miles to the couriers to pick it up in time for Xmas. I cannot see how this could happen as my billing address and shipping address on my account are both the same and are my home address. Very disappointed with service.
Delighted with product though

I ordered my iPad 2 and iPhone 4s smoothly and with no problems I received them the following day no problems. And it helps I had the monthly payment option to ease the pressure of Christmas. All in all a pleasant transaction would highly recommend.

The big thing for me is clarity. I had lost my phone and needed to buy a new one quickly. I was able to order one in Finance with Gimmetech in about 10 minutes. The website is very explanatory.

The site was easy to navigate. The prices competitive and the payment options excellent.

There was a good range of goods.

The order was taken easily and delivered when promised.

I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

i want to know one thing that can i buy something more form your company on same time of monthly payments, even i already have enough money in my account to buy more goods on cash, but i rather prefer to buy on monthly contract from gimmitech and please can u tell me what will be the limit of purchasing on monthly contract

Fantastic service by gimmitech, they emailed each step of the way. When I called and spoke to them they were very helpful. Fast delivery, only Issue was the courier didn't contact, had to go through gimmitech. Would recommend gimmitech!
