Ordered from a keychron K10 from keyboardco and had a very smooth experience. Royal Mail delayed my parcel and I reached out to KeyboardCo and they were very efficient and followed up with Royal Mail and it was delivered the next day. Excellent customer service and the keyboard arrived very well packaged and the inner box was undamaged. Highly recommend them.

The keyboard was dispatched the very same day and I received it quickly the next working day (thanks to Royal Mail, too).
There was no mix up at all, despite the available variants of the keyboard chosen: I ordered a UK-layout ISO keyboard with Brown switches, and that is exactly what I got. The keyboard itself was new and still in its plastic wrapping etc. from the factory, and it works fine with my PC.

Ordering was easy, no mandatory sign-up required. Just paid for what was in my basket with PayPal; the email and delivery address specified there were used.

Bought a set of Keychron keycaps from The Keyboard Company. A great product and fast delivery. A keycap was missing from the manufacturer packaging, however The Team at The Keyboard Company resolved it very quickly by sending a replacement immediately. Friendly communication and excellent customer service throughout. Would happily buy from them again.

This is my first purchase and ordered a keyboard. After I placed the order I changed my mind and decided to opt for another one. I called customer service the following day and they replaced my orders without cancelling my order and resolved the difference in price. I later realised my browser didn't save the option I wanted and within 10 minutes of my email requesting the change on the option of the change. They went to the warehouse personally swapped the keyboard with the right switches.

They where very friendly and accommodating to ensure my order was fulfilled on time despite my changes and mistake.

I would recommend The Keyboard Company alone for their customer service but also their prices and choices.

Reliable service and extensive range. Website is no-nonsense and it's easy to navigate and find what you want. They deliver quickly and the keyboards I've bought from them for home and work have been super durable and nice to use - I'd definitely recommend.

I bought a Keychron K10 V2 Bluetooth keyboard which was fine for a couple of weeks but then developed a fault where it would intermittently stop sending keystrokes. They immediately blamed interference from other devices for the problem and insisted I jump through a bewildering range of technical hoops to try and solve the problem. I should point out my previous BT keyboard had worked flawlessy for over 4 years. When I asked to return the KB they refused saying I'd had it too long (3 weeks) for a refund. Does the Sale of Goods Act not apply to them? A keyboard that doesn't work reliably if its near any other device is clearly not Fit for Purpose. In the end I gave up trying to get it sorted out. If this had been Amazon I'd have had a refund without all this palaver. Expensive lesson learned!

Fantastic company to deal with, I've purchsed well over a dozen keyboards from them over the years and every time I order delivery is quick, custom service is friendly and the products are excellent. I highly recommend them!

I bought a keyboard from them back in December '24, they looked to be the only site that had stock with the configuration I wanted for a very reasonable price and shipped it to me quickly (with an amended address).
Then recently, I had an issue with one of the switches on the keyboard and they were a great help in fixing the board.

Needed a new set of keycaps for my older keyboard, Keyboard Company gave me truly excceprional support. They went way above and beyond to not only find the right set, but then source it, import it, and sell it to me at a bargain price. I am so happy with this company and will never consider buying keyboards or parts from anyone else!

Ordered the Gateron G Pro Version 3.0 Brown 110 Switch Set just before 12:00 on Monday and they arrived less than 24 hours later. Fitted to my Keychron V6 Max to replace some red switches which I found a bit too soft and were causing frequent mistypes. Great service and no issues.

Intuitive website and a very easy, smooth online purchase process. Shipping was quick, but unfortunately Royal Mail lost the parcel. Helen and the customer service team were great in their follow-up to help me raise a claim against Royal Mail and issue a full refund of the purchase. I will definitely consider future purchases from the company.

Easy to order and find what I was looking for, the product arrived quickly and was packaged well enough that even though the carrier damaged the outside box slightly, the contents were well enough protected.

I purchased an expensive keyboard from them which unfortunately, had to return at no fault of the keyboard or company.

Andy from customer services resolved my return with no questions asked. I even felt guilty for returning it.

I had my mind set on a keyboard from a specific brand after watching more than a dozen reviews on YouTube, only to find that my options were really thin. After a quick search, I found KeyboardCo and was shocked to find that they had the specific unit I wanted for cheaper than I had seen it for anywhere, and with free 2-day delivery.

I couldn't have asked for much else.

Phoned up their technical line for some advice on mechanical switches and some issues I was having with my existing keyboard. The person on the other end was super knowledgeable and really took the time to advise and help me. Based on this experience I ordered a new keyboard and it was delivered next day.

PLEASE PLEASE Avoid This Company. I can only echo what others have said. Almost laughably this keyboard also echoes and has from day one. Hit a key once and it'll repeatttttttttttt. Bluetooth is utterly unreliable and drops haphazardly. The latest rigmarole is the charge light flashing rapidly from green to red and now my battery has failed so I'm permanently tethered with a mercilessly short cable. Key Chronic more like. Blue toothless. GARBAGE. I bought this from The Keyboard Company (UK based). I sent it back soon after purchase. They simply returned it to me as they couldn't reproduce the 'symptoms' at their end. Just a heads up if you buy from them. It matters not to a consumer whether The Keyboard Company can reproduce 'symptoms' or not. The product simply isn't fit for purpose and well Keychron and The Keyboard Company know it. AVOID.
