Happy with customer service who immediately refunded a double-billing problem (I know, I should dock a star for having it happen in the first place!). Online order tracking (parcelforce) that actually works is nice too!

Ordered a Keychron K8 for Mac on the Thursday with the free 48 hours delivery. Royal Mail attempted to delivery on the Saturday - got it on Monday but that was my fault. Well packaged, in stock item, all good.

Just be aware of their returns policy - they do make it easy to return items and only provide a 14 day window even for a credit note - so you need to be quick. I'm left with two keyboards now that are no good.

Great service with expert knowledge and very helpful when needing to return my order for a different model.

I recently purchased a Keychron K4 from The Keyboard Company. The price was good and the service excellent. Unlike many companies, they provided numerous updates regarding the despatch and delivery of the item which arrived within a few days of placing the order. I recommend them highly and will definitely be buying from them again in the near future.

Positive and friendly. First time using and had a courier related issue, no fault of the company, but they resolved it the very same day less than an hour after i contacted them. Will definitely be purchasing again in future. Shoutout to Bruce for the fantastic customer service.

Brilliant, with excellent prices. I found an item on Amazon that I wanted, then did a bit of searching around and found this company. Saw that they had the same item and for a cheaper price as well! Advent K112 Keyboard - I bought this from Currys to replace an old Logitech wireless keyboard which stopped working. Great value for money at £5.99. Plugged it in and away it went. I have had no problem with the any keys not working properly which was implyed in some reviews. Excellent product. Loved the 3 lights on the top RHS of the new Keyboard

Had a great buying and support experience with Keyboard Co, a keyboard I ordered came with additional caps which sadly a few had been scuffed - no fault of Keyboard Co's but a quick email and they had sent out replacements which arrived next day. Would definitelly recommend!

Great company. They had the precise keyboard I was searching for in stock at a good price. Ordering was simple and efficient. After-purchase communication was exceptional, and less than 3 days later, I'm sat typing this review on my brand new keyboard, which is great.

I honestly am writing this, staggered by how kind hearted, friendly and accommodating this company are.

I don't even normally take time to write reviews as I have never really had the impetus to do so, nor have I ever experienced service that really encouraged me to do so and I can't imagine not ever singing the praises of this company, and in particular, their managing director Bruce for everything they have done.

I, through absolutely my own fault, ordered the incorrect keyboard, and apologetically emailed to request a swap to another model, or if possible (which it really sort of isn't) that he supply me with an item not normally available, to allow me to do a customisation to my purchase to have the best of both worlds.

Bruce himself emailed me quickly, was so affable and warm natured that our email back and forth was more like two old friends catching up than anything remotely transactional, but that said he and Andy went above and beyond, providing me with exactly what I needed faster than I ever could have expected and now I'm able to have all the benefits of both versions of the item I ordered, rolled into one.

If you have any doubts at all about purchasing through them, or even as I did, through them via Amazon, there is absolutely no reason to. I've *never* encountered customer service, or even just friendliness from a stranger, in the way in which I have through the keyboard company.

I purchased a Keychron K6 keyboard and I am extremely happy with the service I received. I had the option for free 48-hour delivery (yay!). My package arrived on time and in excellent condition. From order to delivery, I also received great communication from The Keyboard Company on the status of my order. I 100% recommend and will order from them again!

Really pleased I found this shop. I’m left handed but use a mouse in my right hand, so this LH keyboard centers better when using and the keys are better spaced (closer) for my freakily short pinkies as my Dell keyboard was causing hyper extending which hurt - all pain now gone. No light up novelty but really glad I bought and this seller offers fantastic, friendly and fast service.

The Keyboard Company provides a great service for a good price too. The keyboard I bought came in great condition and the customer service was great from everyone. The delivery wasn't to the UK Mainland and still came very quickly and in the expected timeframe. Would definitely recommend and will probably end up buying from here again.

My first mechanical keyboard after hours of watching YouTube and reading reviews, called these guys up to get some advice and they couldn't have been more helpful. Honest to goodness advice and no hard sell, refreshing these days. I also wanted a suitable wrist rest and John Sage made some recommendations based on the size he knew I needed. Very happy and got a great deal into the bargain.

I ordered a keyboard and a few accessories (in seperate orders). Things were well packed and arrived quickly. Overall a positive experience and I like that they offer Unicomp to Europe.
