Michelle (Bricket Wood) and the team were absolutely wonderful. Kind, caring and very helpful. I would have no hesitation is recommending them to anyone.

Never a pleasant day, but from start to farewells, M.K. Ginder & Sons dealt with the whole process proficiently and professionally. A special thank you to Karen at the St Albans Rd branch and all the guys involved on the day of mum's service, you were all so courteous.

We recently entrusted this family‑run funeral directors with overseeing my father’s funeral and cremation, and the service we received was exceptional from start to finish. In particular, Janine at the Abbots Langley branch was truly outstanding. She guided us with compassion, patience, and professionalism throughout the entire process, always available when we (and especially our mother) needed reassurance or support.

Her presence on the day of the funeral meant a great deal to us. She checked that everything was running smoothly and offered her personal condolences, which felt like genuine care rather than formality. She was also a tremendous support to our mother during an incredibly difficult time, and we are deeply grateful for her kindness.

We never felt rushed, pressured, or overcharged, just supported by people who clearly care about the families they look after. We would wholeheartedly recommend this caring, family‑run company to anyone in need of their services.

I cannot emphasise enough how wonderfully caring and thoughtful this company is . Our funeral was handled with such professional kindness plus real emotion making it such a personal experience.
Our first contact was with Janine .
Janine took so much time care and thoughtfulness every step of the way . My mother in law who is profoundly deaf was reassured by that one meeting that this would be a wonderful experience at this very sad time for her and the family at the unexpected loss of her husband . Michelle Also showed that same caring attention to detail about every aspect of the funeral another kind heart. The day all though wet and windy was made rememberable in the most positive way .
Then today we went to vicarage road and were again treated like friends and family by Jenny we were with her for about 2 hours and she covered every aspect of a memorial giving us many really touching examples of what we might use for words etc . She was also truly wonderful. We as a family would not hesitate to recommend Ginder another family of wonderful staff and the kindest people x

Arranging a funeral is always a difficult task, however the team at Abbots and Bricket Wood made everything so much less difficult. Kind and considerate through, listened to what we wanted and gave ideas to help. Overall the experience was a whole lot less stressful thanks to Ginders.

From start to finish my mother’s funeral was handled with compassion, care, professionalism and dignity. Karen in St Albans road was absolutely amazing. If you instruct MK Ginder to take care of a funeral you will not be disappointed. From every aspect every department was organised, compassionate and professional. What was one of the most saddest days for us was conducted brilliantly, our brother sadly left us first and then our mother 8 weeks later and we used MK Ginder on both occasions and would do again! Would like to praise Lesley at South Oxhey branch & Victoria at Bushey branch, thank you so much!

Jenine at the Bricket Wood Office was very helpful and sympathetic. She guided us through the process and kept us informed of developments at every stage. The flowers she arranged were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The service on the day was very professional by all Ginder staff and made the experience so much easier to bear.

The Watford staff were kind,caring and thoughtful taking on board our family's needs at a very difficult time in our lives - thank you

Amazing service as always, Debra at the abbots Langley branch was amazing from start to finish. All of the staff are exceptionally smart and very respectful and would give any loved one the send off they deserve

I couldn’t fault them from start to finish. Helpful, kind, respectful and professional that goes for the whole team.

They explained everything, offered lots of choice and answered our numerous questions.

Our office was South Oxley and Lesley was amazing keeping us informed throughout the process and advising us on the various timings we needed to meet to make everything run smoothly.

Professional, helpful, courteous and empathetic. MK Ginders and Sons guided myself and my mum through arranging my father's funeral to the actually ceremony it self. Jenine was always helpful in answering my queries and guided us through making choices

M.K Ginders & sons are so professional, kind,caring, helpful & there at the end of the phone to help you get through one of the most traumatic & most sad time of a parents life & just made it that little easier,there were over 300 people there & it was just the most organised with such professionalism I've ever seen even down to the little touches wearing green ties my daughters favourite colour they are worth more than 5 stars.

From first contacting M K Ginder & Sons they were professional, polite and courteous. Debra from the Abbots Langley branch arranged everything and was very accommodating on chances I wanted to make and also kind and reassuring. They were great and took away a lot of the stress away during this time. I was kept informed and updated when necessary and on the day of the funeral everything went smoothly.

From the outset, Jenine and the team at Ginder in Bricket Wood were sympathetic, caring and professional.

When dad passed away, we were greatly distressed but the gentlemen who came to collect him were extremely respectful and treated dad and us with the utmost dignity.

When organising arrangements for dad’s funeral, they looked after our needs every step of the way, planning ahead and ensuring things were discussed that we hadn’t even thought about.

On the day of the funeral, they were punctual, once again, respectful of our wonderful dad and took him on his last journey carefully.

They advised us of exactly what to do when us three children carried dad in to the service (which is what we’d chosen to do) but were there every step should we have needed them.

I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their professional services to anyone at what is a very difficult time.

MK Ginder offered an excellent personalised service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and each member of staff we came into contact with were kind, courteous, respectful and professional. Many thanks for enabling us to give our mum the best possible send off.

My experience of using M.K. Ginder & Sons was a positive one. From start to finish they were professional, caring and made the process of arranging the funeral so easy. Victoria at Bushey branch was amazing, nothing or any request was too much trouble. The gentleman who escorted our loved one on the day continued on with the high standard of care. The unfortunate event of needing to use their services I would highly recommend M. K. Ginder and sons.

Only negative was the flowers which came from a recommended Ginders supplier (Aime Bone) many of the family and friends who arranged flowers through Aime Bone were extremely disappointed with their orders. Flowers where neither to specification on the website or of good quality, many wilting on the day. I would not use Aime bone again and would instead opt for rósannas on St Albans Road who organises a spectacular Lilly display for the church which were fresh over a week later.

The gentlemen on the day where excellent. Over all for Ginders we would give a five star and for Victoria in the Bushey branch if we could it would be 10 stars
