I have bought 3 pairs of boots from the Gipsy Dharma team, with my most recent purchase in May 2024. My questions or concerns have always been answered in a timely manner, and I've been given great customer service. I received my boots exactly as expected and on time, and had no problems at all.

They are absolutely beautiful, soft, buttery leather and fit like a glove. I love them so much, just like the last two pairs I got. I get many compliments when I wear them.

Please be aware there are fakes that use her photos to sell knockoffs everywhere that you will be highly disappointed in if you buy them! So make sure you are buying the real thing!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of boots from them last year around March 2023 and I have never received them. I have sent multiple messages to the company and no reply. After a bit of research I see that it looks like the original owner has had her work stolen? I wish I would've known sooner, I was so excited to get my boots that look like they're never coming🫤 save yourself the heartbreak.

These boots are absolutely stunning and are extremely good quality, they are so soft. It feels like an extension of my own 2 feet.

COMPLETE SCAM!!! This was once a reputable business but is no longer. From what I know, the business was stolen from the original owner and creator by someone in china and all the socials taken over. They will take your money and send you nothing. Attempts to contact the seller will be futile. If you do happen to be sent something, it will be so poorly made and nothing like the advertisement. I was lucky enough to get a refund from my credit card company after filling a fraud case.
DO NOT waste your time and money.

They disappeared.
In August 2023 I ordered, paid, waited - still waiting. Emailed any contact I could find. I loved my first pair I got several years ago. What happened to them?

Goods not delivered. Found myself trying to get a refund once outside PayPal buyer guarantee window. 0 return correspondences when goods inquired upon. Out $154. Highly disappointed.

What went wrong where to start horrible customer service was shipped the wrong size boots I don't know if this woman is on drugs but it's really saddening to see somebody with such a talent make such a horrible name for small business owners to anyone thinking about ordering a pair of these boots be warned I ordered 44s I was shipped 41s whoever it is at customer service was completely rude proceeded to tell me that I should have gotten hold of them to verify the shoe size after going off their shoe size chart on their website I could go on and on but I'm not going to she already knows she's running a horrible business I would just like to highly recommend and warn people to be very cautious when ordering from such a disgraceful business

I’m not sure what’s happened. I have had three previous orders come with no problem at all. It’s been two years since my last purchase and placed an order August …. I haven’t heard a peep and my boots are still processing?! I have sent multiple messages and emails … no response … very disappointing

If there was a minus button I would click it!! Absolute joke of a business. Purchased boots, says they’ve been shipped (with NO shipping number) and now they are ignoring all attempts of communication. No boots have arrived. They’ve read my messages but are happy to rip me off $280AUD. COMPLETE AVOID THEM OF POSSIBLE!!!!

After giving this company a bad review i managed to be able to converse with them, very attentive!! give them a chance

I have bought off this company before with no issues a few years back but ordered 2 pairs this year they never arrived never answered emails opened a dispute with PayPal to get money back , was so disappointed in this company

I see some "customers" are doing their best to reverse bad reviews by commenting that the poor, sweet, innocent "owner" Gipsy Dharma had her dreams ripped away when the Chinese ran off with her intellectual property rights blah blah blah...

That's as big a line of bullsh*t as the "product" being sold. The fraud goes back long before the claims of stolen rights. Long, long before.

Notice this "Chinese company" has no name? Is an unknown entity? Notice nothing is offered as proof. Nothing but the word of... who exactly? Exactly! "I spoke to the owner" is NOT, in any way, any kind of proof. Pay attention, people. It's just their pathetic attempt to keep money coming through the door.

Sadly, the target market will keep buying. It feeds a fantasy with a fantasy. But wait! There's more...

This business needs taken offline and the owners sent to prison. Dead serious.

"Gipsy" is not real. And neither are the stories these people are spewing to defend the defraudment of buyers for YEARS! There is no "good name"to protect. If you honestly believe you spoke to the owner, please know you too have been scammed. I'm betting that's twice. Amirite?

Long, long before these claims of stolen property....

I purchased a pair of boots from this company. Let's see... How long ago was that 🤔
Ah, yes. Eight years. Eight! Long before this "stolen by Chinese... Intellectual property theft... Poor woman and her smashed dreams" bs.

Soooo, way back then, I paid over 280 for a pair of gorgeous thigh high boots. Aren't they just so pretty in the picture? Of course they are. Isn't the website so amazingly professional and trustworthy looking? Of course it is. And there's a fool born every minute. I was one of them. You will be too if you think this is a joke.

First problem: It took almost 6 months for delivery. My invoice said 3-4 weeks due to "time needed to hamdmake". After a month, I tried to get ahold of them. Calls went unanswered. Emails ignored. It was as though they didn't exist.

Then these "boots" arrived. Excited, I opened the box... Only to find straps of fake leather cutouts with hole punches and long laces. A complete DIY assembly job of cheap leather lookalike Junk. And the wrong color. The sole? Also a cut piece of fake leather. Absolutely worthless.

Still, I tried to put them together. Surely when done they'd look like the picture. Right?

Wrong. So very wrong. Never ever been more wrong.

It took over an hour to get the soles stitched to the cut "leather" panels (4 total — 1 tongue strip, 2 side strips, I back strip).

Aha! One foot in and it will be all worth it!

Wrong again.

The strips were cut so small they didn't even go around my ankle. At all. I have tiny legs, itty bitty ankles, flesh stretched over bone in telling you. And 4 cut strips of pleather weren't large enough to wrap around my ankle.

Refund? That IS a joke. You will get no response. No refund. No answer. No one will hear you.

These "boots" are a complete fantasy. Just like they are meant for. They are cut to fit actual faeries who have dedicated a lifetime to sewing themselves a single pair of make believe boots that won't fit them either. If you're not a faerie, and even if your are, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

All you will be doing if you buy from this "business" is making a group of con artists who feed off the blood of children trapped in slave labor more fkn rich than they already are from all of us who sent them money.

There are a lot of us 😡

Why am I posting now? I got an email about a sale. If really? How very interesting. I tried to call. Nothing. I tried to email. Nothing. I added to my cart... "process payment". Yeah, no...

Someone please figure out how to shut these people down! "Gipsy Dharma" is not a woman who lost her dreams to a scam... She is the scam, and she is a MYTH! So are these "products" for sale. Be smart. Walk away.

Boots finally arrived !!!!!!! Also the quality is terrible very super thin lather that is so fragile ….. I would never wear them on a festival or in the bush … they will not last a sec… also the soil is in a thin China plastic really a bad quality product for all the money I gave … they are just good for a shooting when u take a pic and take them off … I’m so pissed off!!!! I also spoke with a girl that sent me a pic of the boots she bought years ago and they are totally different for quality and resistance … disappointed 100%. Also the was a period that the owner scammed people and take money and never sent the boots. Def don’t buy anything from her

I’ve been trying to order boots from this company forever or why did they never answer emails what’s going on I need these boots I’m obsessed with them I need the boots…. Smh

I bought boots back in 2019 and absolutely LOVE them. They came promptly. I have absolutely no negative to say. If I could give 10 stars I would.

After reading the latest review, I felt compelled to write one too. I am horrified to hear that Gypsy Dharma's intellectual property was stolen. No wonder my computer BLOCKED the website when I clicked on it. This is absolutely pathetic!!! I bought boots 5 years ago and they were not only gorgeous, but delivery was prompt. An honest and legitimate business. Hence, I am giving the REAL GYPSY DHARMA A 5 STAR RATING, and not the scammers. I feel sorry for the women who have been scammed. I feel more sorry for the real Gypsy Dharma line, and I hope they can recover soon. Ladies you did not purchase from the real designer. Sorry!

PLEASE COULD EVERYBODY DO SOME RESEARCH. THIS WOMAN WAS PUT OUT IF BUSINESS IN 2020 BY CHEAP CHINESE KNOCK OFF COMAPNYS WHO STOLE HER PHOTOGRAPHS. ADVERTISING THEMSELVES ON SOCIAL MEDIA AS HER.
I HAVE SPOKEN TO HER SHE WAS DEVESTATED. NONE OF THE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS WOULD HELP HER TO STOP THEM USING HER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF USING HER NAME. MAYBE IF PEOPLE DID A BIT MORE RESEARCH ABOUT THE ACTUAL WEBSITES THEY USE THEN THEY WOULDNT GET SUCKED IN AND RIPPED OFF.
THIS WOMAN LOST HER WHOLE LIVELIHOOD AND A REPUTATION THAT SHE HAD WORKED FOR YEARS TO BUILD.

Ordered boots, which were supposedly already made and on sale, back in early September and not only have I not received the boots, but they have not responded to ANY of my emails. It is now November 28 & absolutely no word. That’s a lot of money to write off, but I’m not seeing a recourse.

Update as of December 12, 2021: Still no word. Further, now I’m finding that the email for their customer service does not go through. The website is still up, but I’m thinking they are out of business.

Ordered in September 2021. This site is no longer active and you will not receive your order. Seller is unreachable via email, Facebook, contact form on site or paypal. I filed a dispute through PayPal and received my money back thankfully, but DO NOT ORDER!!!

Very bad I am so sad I ordered my boots in March and still have not heard or seen a thing from I would have loved a pair and gave wanted some for many years.
