Disgustingly racist workers. Looked down upon us as soon as we walked in. Spoke to us rudely when we asked them about their refund services. Complained there was a “tea tree” smell on the clothes when we asked others about it they said no smell. Blatantly racist and rude never experienced anything like this in a high end store like this. She rudely told us that she is the boss so she makes the rules and laughed at us with some others. Really shows that Guilio is and will never be more than cheap establishment. Disgusting is the only word that comes to mind don’t come here expecting to be cared for or receive luxurious experience

Beware i ordered really three months ago and item still not arrived when I contacted the company I just get the same reply which is I got your order and it being sent load off rubbish

I am really disappointed with Giulio. I bought a pair of CP tracksuits from the Kingston store. When i first saw them they were made to look as if there was no issue with them. After wearing them I noticed an issue with the badge. The elastic band that keeps the badge on is half broken so the tracksuits basically have a hole in them as the badge will not stay in place.

This is after one time wearing them in my own home.

This is not the first item of damaged clothing i have bought from there. It's ridiculous

I purchased a BOSS belt for my husband in the sale paying an additional £6.99 postage. The belt arrived on Thursday & was badly damaged with a BIG cut in the Leather & is unwearable.Surely someone would have seen this before it was sent out!!!. It will split on its first wear. I have done everything I was meant to do with regards to try & sort it out with Customer Service, which is a total waste of time. I even phoned there Cambridge Shop & spoke to a lady & was told that there is nothing they can do, this is the shop floor. EXTREMELY disgusting service, I have bought from you before & will NEVER buy from you again. Treat your customers fairly & have a Customer Service that solves problems. It doesn’t matter that this item was purchased in the Sale, you shouldn’t mislead a customer & if this was damaged then you should have listed it as a damaged item. DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING!!!!!!

Nearly thought twice about buying in light of the reviews as never heard of the website. Glad I did. VERY happy the 5 items I bought all beautifully packaged will definitely be ordering from this website again.

As my experience has been great with this company, I ordered a coat and delived very quickly. The customer service was excellent and fast as well, and it took only two days to have my refund back since I returned the item. It wasn't like the reviews below at all. TBH after I was reading the reviews and I was preparing the refund process takes ages and thought I would have to experience about two weeks or more to get back the refund but it didn't happen to me at all!

I feel compelled to write a good review to offset the low ratings. I ordered a bag with Giulio (international delivery to the USA) and it was shipped out the next day. Very fast shipping through DHL; I received the package 3 days after placing the order. Would definitely use their service again.

Wanted to counteract the bad reviews as my experience has been great. My product was delivered promptly and is great quality and authentic.
Will use this company again as price was very competetive.

I read really bad reviews about this website so wasn’t sure what would happen but my item arrived within days, tracking details available and came when it said it would! Very very happy with the fab fast service! Will be ordering again that’s for sure!

Paid £525 for a item to be shipped out in a paper bag which arrived ripped in several places disgusting

My son saw a Moncler jacket on their website... I called the store and spoke to Matt who had the coat delivered to the Cambridge store and we picked it up the next day.. No deposit required.. Superb customer service and we will definitely be back. Matt was efficient and super friendly..would highly recommend this store.

I just spoke to Matt who is the Manager in your Cambridge head office. Phone number 01223 316100.

He is unable to help due to no one from Giulio fashion wanting to advise him, and confirm the return. There is also no one for Matt to put me through too. Matt also advises that he continuously receives calls from customers on a daily basis and has to deal with the complaints himself.

Matt cannot get staff to work in his store for this reason

Matt advises that Online sales are a separate part of Giulio Fashion and that I have to email them directly. I have already submitted a request on your website too.

I sent an email to their CS team and CC’d Klarna who are the company that I purchased the jumper through. They are emailing too advising that they have had no confirmation from Giulio that they received my item back.

Item sent back on the 16 August 2022 and received on the 18th Aug 2022. I have had email confirmation

Absolutely fantastic. I ordered a pair of shoes/sneakers on Friday and received them on Tuesday, considering it was the bank holiday weekend to it was delivered at exceptional speed.
The quality and style of the sneakers is second to none and will certainly shop online with Giulio going forward.

Items in my cart were $300 cheaper yesterday than they were today, would not honor my price of item in my cart. Terrible customer service

ORDER #45356. Ordered a pair of Boss shorts. About 4 days later got an email saying that my order had been cancelled. I have heard many others complaining about this company. AVOID. Their cheap prices are too good to be true. AWFUL COMPANY. Would give them zero stars if I could.
