I was set up and raising money for for our cause within minutes. As the admin it was easy to manage and maintain. There are helpful tips on the most effective way raise money and the cash out process for the recipient was easy. The fees were competetive and almost all of the fees were covered by the donors.

This company allowed someone who enjoys spreading lies about innocent people to sweet talk the company into having that innocent person's fundraiser shut down. I had anple proof to back up my clain but this company showed a lack of compassion and morals. I will never use this company again nor will I refer people to it.

This website was easy, honest, direct, and fast. I don't have any complaints.

this site makes fundraising easy. The app for the iPhone could be a little better. At times when thanking someone it would not go through or show that you said the thank you. Also it was somewhat difficult to upload pictures.

Creating a fundraiser to help my daughter was easy and manageable. Using Social Media was a great experience.

I am very disappointed with Give Forward and their process of payment and lack of customer service. We Pay was very helpful in getting the funds to our bank account but I got little to no help from Give Forward. Their customer service was very rude and matter of fact and just told me to speak to We Pay for help. No follow up, no concern about not funding the bank account which was rejected 3 times.

I expected more from a company who was trying to help individuals in need, but their lack of response and help has proven otherwise!

Excellent experience. In midst of very stressful time, your site was so easy to use and maneuver and helped us get the ball rolling for support IMMEDIATELY.

You also offer easy, kind support. Super user-friendly. Great support staff.

Setting up my fundraiser was quick and easy. The staff made themselves available at all times. I would recommend Give Forward to anyone needing their services and would certainly use them again.

When we came up short for the needed eye surgery for our service dog GiveForward was simple and easy to use. People who donated felt confident in giving with the ease of payments as well as keeping everyone up to date on all aspects of our goals.

It's a life changing site! My family was worried about the financial expenses that comes with having cancer and Giveforward has given us hope and aided us through this journey.

I had never done a fund raiser before. It was just laid on my heart. The coaches were very helpful in making suggestions. After getting the families involved it took off. Keep everything upbeat when giving updates. Encourage family and friends to share with their friends on social media and email. Even for someone who doesn't have the money to give at the moment share it because we don't know if someone we contact might want to give. I found GiveForward as a great tool in raising donations for the project I was working on. The ability for the donors to cover the processing fees is unique and increases the end total that you raise since you don't have to cover those on your own. I had an issue where I needed to change how a donor appeared on the page, and a quick and easy call to customer service fixed that in a matter of seconds. Although, it would have been great to be able to make those edits myself, along with including offline donations, the site is very easy to navigate, update, and share. I reviewed many sites before choosing GiveForward as my donation platform and am very thankful for the encouraging emails from the staff to help me raise more money.
