I was quite satisfied with my experience with GiveForward, because it allowed me to give my family, friends and coworkers a convenient way to donate online. The vast majority of people who donated chose to cover the GiveForward fees themselves. A few did not, and others who wanted to avoid the fees just mailed us a check directly. It was also very simple to set up the fundraiser initially, to thank people who donated, and to give them updates.

There were two things I didn't like about GiveForward. They sent automated e-mails soliciting more donations even after we'd reached our goal. To prevent that, I changed the end date of the fundraiser so it would be over instead of lasting the full 90 days. In addition, they promote themselves as being different because they have "coaches" to help you with your fundraiser. However, what you get are automated messages each week with a different suggestion about how to promote your fundraiser. The suggestions were already there on their website and I'd seen them all when I was reading about GiveForward before I decided to use them. So I thought I'd be getting coaching customized to us and our specific fundraiser, but it was all the same canned advice that goes to everyone who uses them. Nevertheless, my fundraiser was very successful and I would recommend them. Just don't expect personal coaching.

This service made it very easy for us to orchestrate a memorial fund. It was simple, straghtforward, and it operates with integrity. If ever the situation warrants, we will definitely use GiveForward again.

Creating a fundraising site on the Giveforward platform is easy. The —how to— information walks you through the things you need to do. Once you've named your fundraiser, a dedicated Giveforward coach is on your side, to help you set it all in motion, and cheer you on to make your campaign a success.

I recommend this site for anyone who is feeling a need to help but is overwhelmed with where to begin/how to start the process. It's so much better than asking someone outright for a financial donation and a good way to keep everyone on the loop with updates and profess.

I am beyond thankful for this site and social media to raise money for my sisters travel and cancer treatment. Each and every donation along with inspirational and loving words helped so much in our biggest time of need! I have and will continue to recommend GiveForward to people in need of help.

I happened across GiveForward while reading an article and that same day, I set up a fundraiser for my friend Tracy who has cancer. Publishing the fundraiser link on Facebook and via emails at work resulted in over $1000.00 raised for Tracy within 4 days! The money was deposited in my bank account within 2 days and I was able to write Tracy a check to use for immediate expenses. So many people commented on the ease of making donations via GiveForward and welcomed the opportunity to be able to do so from their computers/cell phones - immediately. Many times, people want to help, but they do not know how...this site allows people to help and to help fast.

Giveforward is a trustworthy site that is easy to access any time, anywhere. I was able to share my fundraiser on various social networks. My "coach" quickly responded to any questions or concerns, and when the fundraiser was over, the check arrived in a matter of days. I am currently waiting on my Hug book to arrive that documents all of the donations and visitors to my page. It will be a highly valued keepsake -always.

Obviously, no one wants to have to be in the position that cancer puts you in...a crisis! Give Forward made reaching out for help a lot easier. give forward rapidly got the word out and rallied people together to be generous in their giving to our loved one. Give Forward was extremely user friendly and filled with compassion! I highly recommend Give Forward!

The website is easy to use and effective. Most people chose to donate the amount of the processing fees so the majority of the money pledged really did go directly to my brother's medical expense. Thanks for your help, GiveForward!

Give forward was amazing. They continually sent us updates and tips on getting Amys information out there. We raised almost the entire amount of $5000 for her chemo medication. We could not have done that without give forward and their excellent team.

I had a great experience with this organization that helped me to raise funds to cancel a major debt.

My experience in dealing with Giveforward was nothing short of amazing. I set up my platform based off of an idea I had to try and help a young girl and her family whom I had never met. The Giveforward team reached out to me to verify my intent and I let them know that I was in the process of getting in touch with the family. We picked up a local headline and from there the Giveforward team helped push the cause through some of their marketing and media relationships. Overall the fundraiser became a huge success and the $10,000 that I hoped to raise blossomed into $109,750. It took a lot of hard work, but their team (Micheal P and Ethan) were right beside me giving me guidance and offering great ideas for how we could keep pushing it along. Overall the fundraiser was a great success and I am proud to say I was able to work with such a great team of people.

I knew I HAD to help my dear friend lay her precious son to rest. He had a neuromuscular disease, the same diagnosis as my son and his death impacted me in a profound way. I couldn't help her all on my own and someone suggested the GiveForward site. In LESS THAN 24 hours our initial goal was met. I talked to my personal coach and he was BEYOND helpful - he was a kind, caring individual. What has really touched my heart was the outpouring of support; some from perfect strangers. This site, my personal coach and the caring individuals that helped have renewed my faith in mankind. To ANYONE who needs help for themselves, friends or family, GiveForward gets 5 stars (and more if they had that option available) THANK YOU!

I can't believe how easy it was to do this fundraiser and how effective it was! I'm very thankful for Give Forward. It allowed me to raise money without much work!

My sister was cremated and her ashes will remain with me until her children are able to fly here to Washington and her remains will be spread in a place of there choice.
