I have to say, Givergy were amazing!
I've previously used them at another organisation but with event support so I was a little anxious this time around doing it all myself. I had the best support from Simona throughout the lead up to my event and she walked me through the process of closing the campaign on the day. Nothing was too difficult and no hiccups closing on the day. Closing off the campaign to collect the funds was super quick and saved so much time at our event, compared to previous years. Would definitely recommend using Givergy.

We purchased a 7 night trip to Berlin at a charity auction which advertised the hotel as being "world class" and in the 'bustling heart' of the city. We later found flights weren't included and we were connected with an absolutely abysmal travel agency out of the UK. The agency gave us only 2 hotel options that were far below expectations, far outside city center and were available on travel websites for $115/night. The agency was cold and unaccommodating - they wouldn't budge on the dates by even one day or discuss other hotel options. We opted to cancel the trip entirely (since we were already responsible for flights and other expenses, why go on a trip where we'd be inconvenienced with travelling 2 hours per day back and forth between the hotel and city center). We're happy to donate to the charity but the value in the trip was basically zero, and of course there was zero refund for cancelling. Paying over $6K for a $100/night hotel doesn't make sense, and that's not an experience worth investing additional money in. There was no flexibility, accommodation or customer service. We won't be dealing with this company again.
Professional, trustworthy and smooth process
The whole process was straightforward, which is fantastic as we are a small not-for-profit charity with volunteer staff.
I did have a user issue, and the staff were brilliant and could not do enough for me. They also checked our progress along the way.
We used the silent auction, and the people bidding also found it easy and professional.
I am delighted to recommend the company and service.
Not your Average Art Auction

One stop shop fundraising platform
This was our second year as a Club using Givergy and my first experience working with them. As the sole event member working on our black tie fundraiser, I appreciated the quick response and assistance from the Givergy team. The platform is user-friendly and if you need help, support is quick to help. The onsite team was extremely helpful in working out glitches and helping with auction questions by the guests. I have been working in the not-for-profit sector for many years and only by chance stumbled across the Givergy platform approx two (2) years ago and wished I had known about them a lot sooner. This platform makes ticket sales, silent auction, raffle prizes and much more so much easier. I would not hesitate in recommending them to any organisation. I would like to also send a special thanks to our client service manager Mairhead McKinley an absolute STAR, nothing was ever a bother and response times have been exceptional.
