We have used Givergy on many occasions for Gala auctions, smaller event auctions, and prize draws. We were surprised with how much they offer and their prizes which went down very well in our most recent silent auction. Their customer service team are excellent and very quick to respond to queries. Similarly, our campaign manager, Elle was helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thanks!

Givergy worked really well for our charity ball this October. The Givergy team were fantastic and very helpful and responsive at all points. Elle our Campaign Success Manager was always on hand to answer any questions and the team on the night of the event were super friendly and professional too. We loved how customisable the platform is and how many extras Givergy offered as part of the package such as guestlist, table plan, pledges and additional info pages just to name a few.

We organised a small fundraising dinner and used Givergy as our chosen pledge platform and it was a great experience working with the team from beginning to end. I felt very supported throughout the process and my CSM Elle Taylor was great to work with, responding the emails quickly and jumping on calls to go over things in more detail which was so helpful. The Event and Tech Manager on the night were brilliant and understood our needs from the get go which helped a lot. Along with them doing everything they could to turn around some very last minute changes to the platform! Huge thank you Emma Houlahan and Zaid Al-Jubarah :)

In early 2023, we held two Fundraising Annual Dinners (one in Hong Kong; one in Singapore) with support of Givergy. Mairhead McKinley worked closely with me on the backend to make sure our first galas since pandemic ran smoothly. Their on-ground support team also did the job nicely.

Givergy and their team have be great supporters of our charity event for numerous years. Mairhead was a great support in the lead up to the event. No question was too silly or request too difficult. Having someone so skilled available to contact put me at ease and ensured the event ran smoothly. Her input and expertise was vital to our event. Tahna was fantastic on the day - she arrived promptly with all equipment. I had little interaction with her, unfortunately, but that is testament to how wonderful she was!! We used Givergy's services for our charity ball, including ticketing, raffle, live auction, silent auction and pledging. The interface was extremely easy to use for staff and guests, and the assistance from our account manager was top notch! I would definitely recommend Givergy to any organisation looking for a streamlined, well-oiled fundraising platform to help with their event!

We had a great experience with Givergy - they were responsive, professional and our event looked really good and hit our fundraising target.

The platform is great however we were in the unfortunate position of having to postpone our event which led to lots of refunds, new purchases and name changes. Had our event been held at the original date it would have been very smooth but in the end it became confusing. The auction and raffle functionality is excellent. With ticketing our third question didn't appear because I didn't tick a box somewhere, our account manager was able to sort that out but unfortunately most people had already registered by then. Customer service was excellent and I love that Givergy handled all of the payments afterwards. We will be repeat customers.
